So they have went all in on virtual. Now you cannot get a physical card anymore, just a piece of paper. They are pushing their cards to virtual. Only problem is your app does not work! Cannot create virtual card on wallet. App just crashes when you try. This has been a problem it seems for almost ONE YEAR! Here we are today and myBlue still crashes and does not work. You need to rethink your push into virtual if you cannot even provide an app that works. As customers, we deserve better!
I downloaded myBlue hoping to link it with my fitness watch to get some type of credit like other insurance companies offer. myBlue is worthless! Offers no incentives I have myBlue .

I accidentally selected myBlue instead of the federal app and now I cannot delete it from my phone. It will only allow me to share the stupid thing.
You can’t access you information, you can’t contact anyone, there is absolutely no support or use for myBlue.
Can’t set up new user, had to use your website. Now the virtual card won’t create. Furthermore not being able to paste in the password is just dumb.
I updated my app with the most recent update and now it crashes every time I try to login. It worked fine for me before the update. Please fix asap!
Tried everything, can’t access id card because it freezes when I log in.
App never works. Credentials work on mobile site, but never on myBlue . The times it has worked, in the past, you’re logged out for no reason. I use the fingerprint to get in. Why does it have to be reset over & over & over & over...
The latest version as of 1/4/19, always crashes when it starts up. The info says my device is compatible, but it just won’t work.
The BCBS of MS app crashes every time I try to add my card to the apple wallet. So frustrating. Would be nice to have on my phone so that when I’m traveling I don’t have to take the physical card with me.
When I click on the ICON it comes up for 3 seconds and goes away. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. Other then that I love myBlue when I can use it.
You can't search for in network providers nor can you add your id card to apple wallet on the latest iOS. This

Overall myBlue is good. However, there is no landscape mode for iPad. Sure would make life easier to have that feature.
Recent update fixed the crash with trying to add the card to apple wallet. App seems to work for what I need it for, though it’s still a bit rough around the edges. I appreciate the developers fixing the issue with the new iOS promptly.
myBlue was broken briefly but the devs fixed it fast!
Number of reviews here saying that myBlue crashes and that they can’t save their ID card. I just installed it and wanted to say that it works just fine for me on my iPhone 11.
Updated app is much more easier to navigate.
Great improvements and much more user-friendly than previous versions
I encountered the same issue like others with app version 4.0. New update 4.0.1 fixed those issues. I liked the quick turn around.
