I am seeking a refund of monies paid in respect of booking ref: 221019-959368 (Athens, Greece), which was cancelled. I was told by the local office you would refund in full. Please confirm you have refunded the booking charge to my credit card I also await refund of the Excess Deposit (E900) and surplus fuel left in the tank in respect of an earlier booking - ref: GR22057158 Please will you confirm you are processing these refunds/amounts
