I have a problem with Weather Kitty

When I click the icon the app starts to pop up but then closes.

It will sometimes say Rain when its not raining and when it ends it didn’t rain the entire time. (I picked the correct location I checked)

To resolve Weather Kitty network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Weather Kitty App
1. On android, goto Settings » Weather Kitty » click [Force Stop]

Clear Weather Kitty App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Weather Kitty » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Weather Kitty.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Weather Kitty » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Weather Kitty » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Weather Kitty
