About: Want stronger arms and a triangular back? This app is for you. It will train
you from 0 to 20 pull-ups.

About Pull ups

Pullups is made by experts, the same people that built the awesome Pushups, Situps, 5K Runner and 10K Runner apps.

When you start a workout, you turn on your favorite music, and the app's audio coach tells you exactly how many pullups to do, when to rest, and when to resume.

The plan is achievable and enjoyable even by people that never liked to exercise, and you will earn wins and badges as you go along.

This app will get you in shape by gradually training you from 0 to 20 pullups in 20 weeks.

• The upgrade is either a 3 Month subscription, or a lifetime one time upgrade.

Want stronger arms and a triangular back? This app is for you.

You only need this app to guide & motivate you, and 20 minutes, 3 times a week.

The app also keeps you motivated, which is the key to success and the true magic of the app.

When you are done, you will be much stronger and have a much better looking body.

Don't buy this if you can't do a pull-up!

I love the push up app as it helps build functional strength even if you can't do a push-up. Pullups on the other hand, I can't even start. I'm a normal weight female on the stronglifts 5x5 program. I struggle with upper body strength. I finally graduated to the barbell (45lbs) for the overhead press. I'm sad that they couldn't put together some pre-beginner program. Some comments state that you should try losing weight if you can't do a pull-up. Obviously they hadn't accounted for thin, high estrogen females with most muscular mass in the lower body! Please take us into consideration. You have to start somewhere!

Don’t bother. They’ll just take it back

I bought Pullups. Used it for a couple years. Loved it. Then with the latest updates I no longer have access to anything more than the free trial version. There is no way to restore purchases. There is no way to go back to a version in which I can use more than 4 days of workouts. I just opened it one day and it was all gone. I bought this. One of the few apps I’ve bought. I get updates are necessary, but if you own it it should be yours and you shouldn’t be updated out of ability to use. When a new car model comes out the dealer doesn’t come and repossess your car and make you re buy your car back. Bad business.

Great App!!!

All of the Fitness 22 apps are great. This one focuses on pull-ups and does require you to at least be able to do one to start. Stick with the training and you'll start to see results in a very short period of time. Easy to go backwards too in case you take some time off.

Great app

Starts off easy and builds up! Recommend for anyone trying to increase the pull ups in a motivating fun way !

Wished they could include a separate window for chin ups or a whole new app dedicated to that, would even be a huge plus if they added weight addition to it!!!

Loving it

Been doggedly staying with Pullups. Cranking out 30+ pull ups a day and only half way through intermediate level. Thankful for the systematic approach and that it takes all the calculations for me including rest so I can focus on the awesome pain.

Great app

Really good app if you already can do about 5 pull-ups. If you're just starting out, it still will work but you will have to get some assistance to start. Give it a shot, pull-ups are one of the best full upper body workouts.

Good app

Only a few days in; but I like it! Would be nice to change the number of reps done (if you do more or less than the prescribed amount) so you can look back on your progress.

So far so good

It has a solid plan to get you doing pull ups. I just started it, but am already liking it. Remember, muscle building is a journey, not a destination. Stick with this plan and you'll get there.

Don't purchase - misleading & waste of $

Pullups says 0 to 20 pull ups and offers a beginner level. However, they don't tell you there is NO instruction or training involved unless you consider stretching a form of training.
If you can magically go from 0 to 6 pull-ups after stretching 5 min., go for it.
I purchased the 10K running app and like it a lot but doubt I'll purchase anything else for fear the rest are all scams like the pull up app.

Started with 1, up to 8

Stick with this program and it makes you strong. I'm a flabby dude at 237 pounds and I just did 8 pull ups following the directions Pullups gives.

Awesome app

The pacing of Pullups is effective, motivation badges are rewarding, and I love that I can listen to my music while I work out. I don't need nor want my hand held with a bunch of fluff.

Simple and it works

I use this with the easy pull ups bar. It helps me stay on track building strength.

Works very well

I don't mind doing push-ups when prompted by Pullups , because it tells me "great job" when I'm done.

Great App

I was very skeptical of Pullups but it has worked great. I’m doing more pull-ups than ever before.

Great suite of apps

Cheap and functional--they all show each others' histories so you can see what is up for today.

Pull-up

I'm in college athletics and I use Pullups to train out side of practice and can tell how much my form and strength have improved

I love this app

It’s simple, fun, and it works. Best pull up app period.

Only problem is that there’s no “Part 2” - so I can’t advance past intermediate.

You make a great extreme version of your Pushups app (Push-ups XT)… why not an extreme version of this app, as well, with a specific goal of helping people get to 20 consecutive pull ups?

You can do eeeeet!!!!

Useful for motivation & routine.

Consistency is important in making big gains in anything. Pullups isn useful in keeping a routine and providing the details.

Do not buy!

I bought Pullups in a pack to start working out again. After the last update they now are charging for everything past week two calling it “premium”. I was already past week 2 and now have no access to the workouts. I want my money back.
