app is fine till you encounter problem. Issue today is photos cannot be downloaded to collage or magazines THAT I PAID for. Support/Chat redirect me to "JUSTANSWER" and I am being asked to provide credit card information. I am paranoid maybe, just don't feel like providing this information nowadays. Now I am wondering what happened with the $ I paid for the Collage option. Feel sorry for me.
Text mode NOT working while creating collages. Nothing saves anymore. Need to cancel out of app and start all over again. Canceled my subscription.
Text doesn't work. We can type but can't save, can't go back.
Text vanishes when added to images. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app at least twice and iPad is current on IOS updates but MOLDIV text is completely unavailable.
Love this App and use it almost daily.I make birthday collages for each and every FB friend I have. People love this and look forward to these collages! Recently, the text tool stopped working. I can text the person’s name or message, but it won’t allow me to move it after clicking on the check. I only get a vertical line that simply allows me to continue the text. Without this feature, I cannot use the App. Please advise! Thanks!
App freezes when using font. Can’t save can’t go back can’t delete. Can’t use any font and save. Save ✅ doesn’t allow to move forward
I tried putting in my own background but it wouldn't let me.
Cannot load all the photos into a collage. It accepts the first 3-4-5, then says there’s no internet connection and stops functioning altogether, even though the phone is connected. ?!?!? Please advise!
