Frustrating
Our company has chosen to switch to Encircle. The software we previously used was linear (from one reading to another). Now I have to jump back and forth from the menu to the readings. I share my frustration with my supervisor, he tells me this is the way we are going. Now I have to train our techs on a unnecessarily complicated software package. I would not recommend this app as it is right now.

App constantly glitches out whenever trying to upload pictures. This is the worst ongoing glitch, happens daily if not every other day. Being in a hot crawl space and your app not working is the WORST feeling ever

Usually a great app...
I’ve used this app for a long time and the piece of mind it provides is great. Until lately. After the last two updates the app opens to a blank white screen and is completely unusable.
