How to fix Azan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Azan app on iPhone
Update Azan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Azan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Azan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Azan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Azan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Azan app issues:

Force Stop the Azan App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Azan app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Azan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Azan App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Azan app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Azan.

Fix Azan unable to contact server/ Azan internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Azan » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Azan » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Azan on android.
