GOD AWFUL TERRIBLE

I wish I could rate this app at zero stars because it NEVER EVEN WORKED. I hesitantly signed on for $9.99 a month trial even though I knew that was a lot more than I wanted to pay. After that the app never worked. It kept saying that to use these features I would need to upgrade and I was already upgraded. When I would click upgrade it would show my account is set to premium but I could never use any of the features.
All I wanted after that was to delete the app and delete my account but even the DELETE button didn’t work!
I want a refund because I should not have been charge for a garbage app that would not even let me cancel it.
I can say this has been by far the worst app I have ever attempted to use to date.
Doesn’t reflect Apple subscription

I started monthly subscription right after login. The app doesn’t see it and doesn’t reflect it, offering to subscribe again. When trying to subscribe again, the app shows a message that you already have a subscription and… doesn’t reflect it in your account.
