Not real

To much trap hand, incredible ods in one outer, not to talk royal flush daily in a one table cash game club, you are guarantee to lose y have give it some tries from time to time and nothing change, the admin and account owner said it’s Póker but a royal flush 3 days consecutive in a 1 table not full in a cash game, just in Pokerrrr2 , it’s rigged to have action set over set over set in flop and win a straight, all in the flop with 4 player all in preflop only in Pokerrrr2 , in real life I have never seen those kind of trap hand, never will play again in Pokerrrr2, I have countless hour in America’s card room and only 1 royal seen even playing 4 table at the same time,in Pokerrrr2 at lease 4 a week in a single table, that been sed i will be in America’s card room. Sorry for the review but is a real life fact I have proof + when in tournament if you have to be moved it will take you from the best position and put you in the worst, dong believe in my word make you’re test, let me know the 1 outer in the river, royal count on weekly base, you will see that is fix to give action.

Heartbreaking fraud

Positives- it an easy to use poker site and would give this site 5 stars apart from the algorithm they use.
My friends and I were looking for a site to use instead of normal weekly get together. We have been using this site for a month now and the cards that come out constantly ( I mean ever flop) give every player a straight, flush, boat combo with one of those hands making the river every time. This is just not consistent with normal poker. Pokerrrr2 should be called Bad beat poker it’s happens every hand. Example yesterday flop 3 3 J Turn is a 3 and so is river 3 with the worst hand winning a $150 pot (blinds are .50 $1.00) A 10 with two other payers J 10 suited and pocket Q Q both losing this is normal bad beats for this site and happens almost every hand.

So disappointed with this site my local game is being put on hold because of this action based flops everyone has a chance hand BS my friends and I can’t handle continuously losing to the worst hand and the person with the biggest balls every hand.
Good luck using this site you have been warned.

Disgusted

I am disgusted by Pokerrrr2 and will never spend money on it again. What should be a very positive poker experience (quality interface, easy to use) is many times overshadowed by horrible users.

Far too often do I come across people with racist and derogatory names, or who verbally abuse people with the chat function. How do you not have a “name screener” or the ability to “report abuse or malicious behavior“? Just yesterday there was someone who was playing under the name “Filthy N-word”. This is completely unacceptable and shows me that Pokerrrr2 developers have no regard for anything other than to make money off the players.

Gameplay on Pokerrrr2 is among the best I’ve seen from an interface perspective, but there are too many blockbuster hands whereby you can deplete your chips very easily because someone will hit an insane hand on the river. I expect the developers do this so that you have to buy more chips regularly. That would be fine, I understand the point of an app is to make money, but the completely racist behavior that is unregulated by Pokerrrr2 has cemented it for me that I will not give them another dollar of my money and encourage others to do the same.

Heart-breaking Fraud

I love poker so much. I love it even more when I play with friends. It’s a perfect mix of having fun with serious competition. I am 24 years old and have played a lot in the last 4 years and continue to play until my time is up. With quarantine, we were overwhelmed with joy to find this application. It is all a fallacy. The software and platform is amazing. So easy to use and realistic. The odds and hands they deal are total fraud. It is 100% obvious that they keep hands close between 2-4 players each hand, with flush, straight, boat, and quad chances ALWAYS present. And they do it in heart breaking fashion, like giving you a 3 of a kind on the river but that same 9 gives someone else a straight. I tested it yesterday and I played 30 hands, 15 of them ended in a straight, flush, 3 of a kind, or full house. If you know poker, you know that does not happen. So, to wrap up, If you are a beginner and want to learn the game, sure, use Pokerrrr2. Anything else, and you just will not be playing real poker. It’s a shame they do no fix Pokerrrr2 because, as mentioned, the user face is 10/10

Quite a few coding mistakes that ruin the structure of poker games

Thousands of Holdem and Omaha sites have the basic mechanics of the game perfected. This developer can’t even fix the following very common situation that I’ve never seen on any other app or website. If the big blind gets eliminated, moves tables, or just leaves; the next hand is dealt in a way that completely screws up how these games work. The button will stay in the same spot, the previous hand’s small blind stays in the same spot but doesn’t pay small blind, and the big blind is where it’s supposed to be. Doesn’t sound like much but now the small blind is the first to act every time after the flop, when they should have the button position and a dead small blind position. This totally throws off strategies and greatly affects how late stage tournaments play out when blinds are really high. If you’re confused, why are you reading a poker review and how have you got this far? This is poker 101 and they don’t bother to fix it. Not to mention the constant unrealistic run outs in their cash games to keep the action moving. Not an authentic rng at all

Algorithm

There’s an algorithm on it that gives makes you run hot for a few hands and then gives you bad beats to take away your winnings. Even in the hands where you’re 80-90% favorites to win, you’ll lose to your opponent with 1 outs. I’ve had set over set numerous times and if you’re running bad during that time, your opponent will hit quads. 80% of the times you have pocket Kings, someone will have Aces. And majority of the time you have Aces, someone will have a smaller pocket and hit a flop on the set. I’ve been playing for over a year and i’ve won mostly but for beginners (new to Pokerrrr2) who understand the game but don’t know Pokerrrr2, don’t involve money.
Also if you’re playing in a club or a random game, Pokerrrr2 will always BENEFIT THE HOST. Cannot stress this enough. If an account is the owner / manager of a club where you’re playing, Pokerrrr2 will automatically give an unfair advantage to that account over you.
What i’ve understood is that Pokerrrr2 will take you up or bring you down and then give you a few hands to lose / win to make sure you don’t move exponentially in any direction all just to benefit the host (generate rake).
If it’s “your time” to win after numerous bad beats. You’ll hit gut shots like never in a real life. You chase to the river and you get rewarded unlike reality. All Pokerrrr2 does is generate action to get players involved. DO NOT INVOLVE MONEY!!

Cards on the board are not random

First of all the game runs smoothly and peeling the cards up to get a peek is a really fun feature. I did enjoy playing on Pokerrrr2 however it is clear to me that the cards on the board are not random. In my opinion, if you try to play for free and not buy more chips or gold, the cards will be stacked against you and force you to lose so you have you have to buy more chips from the store. In all my time playing on Pokerrrr2 I think a high card (no one had a pair or better) winning happened less than 5 times for example. I play a lot of poker and the frequency of a straight or flush or full house being possible on the board and someone having it is just simply too high. Too many times the board pairs when there is a straight and a flush possible. Too many times things like this for example happen: you flop top pair with a good kicker. You bet and get one caller. Next card comes and makes a straight possible. You bet and the caller remains. Final card makes a four card straight and your opponent ends up getting the turn and the river connected to make their straight and you lose. From real experience, it is clear to me the frequency of big hands happening on the flop to later get beat by turn and further getting beat by the River is too high to be random. Money grab by the developer.

Hardly Random

Any review that states the algorithm is fine is either mistaken or clueless. Even the so called “15 year casino players”. This game can be quick resulting in more hands but that doesn’t translate well when a showdown has two players with full houses and two players with quads. I play in a club so we have much longer turn meters and do not play nearly as many hands yet we still have a very disproportionate amount of heavy hands. These aren’t just “bad beats”. These are loaded hands to force action. You can’t describe it any other way. I have been playing poker for 30 years. Until Pokerrrr2 I had seen one straight flush and never a royal flush. Using Pokerrrr2, straight flush is common and I’ve seen two royal flushes. You have to question when you have quads because another player might still have the nuts. I don’t care who “certified” this as random. It is anything but.
With that said, Pokerrrr2 functions and doesn’t crash too often so I give it two stars rather than one. I will continue to use it because this is where my club resides but I can’t wait until we play again in person or find another app.

Good app much area for improvement

Overall I think this is a good app and I enjoy playing on it. There is definitely some immediate area for improvement that I love to to see the developers work on.

1)Multi-tables: at the moment, you can only play at one table at a given time. Pokerrrr2 should allow players to switch between multiple tables/games going on in different clubs. This is a pretty basic feature that most other Poker apps/sites offer and should definitely be added as a feature to Pokerrr 2

2) run it thrice/twice/once by hand: at the moment players have to choose whether they want to run it once or twice in their game settings. Pokerrrr2 should allow players he choice to run it up to 3 times on a hand by hand basis if their opponent’s agree to. PokerBros has this feature and I think it’s something that Pokerrr 2 should add. The choice to run it multiple times is a strategic decision and being restricted to the same decision across all hands is not ideal.

Great App!!! Needs to work in landscape mode on iPad

Great App. My friends and I have been using Pokerrrr2 in lieu of our monthly face to face game from the time the COVID restrictions began. There are two issues for me. Issue one. Does not work in landscape on the iPad. Working in landscape would allow for split screen so another application like Zoom could be running side by side. My friends and I have a Zoom session open when we are playing, for those that have an iPad, it would be great to split the screen and utilize just one device instead of 2 devices.

Issue 2. Pokerrrr2 intermittently loses connectivity, which may cause you to miss out on playing a hand or two. This is happening much less, there has been great improvement. However when it happens, it is very frustrating.

Fix issue one and Pokerrrr2 gets 5 stars from me. I know there are a lot of variables with connectivity issues, it is obvious that issue 2 was / is being addressed.

Good but needs improvement!

Pokerrrr 2 is a solid game but needs some serious attention to some areas. One would be the in game purchases which are extremely expensive. The in-game purchase options and what you were actually getting is not even close to worth what they are asking compared to other micro transactions in games. The other issue is the outdated graphics and you UI/UX to a degree. This game really needs an overhaul in terms of graphics. I’m sure it appeals to some but The UI needs to be cleaned up. The interface is way too cluttered. The last thing and the one that lot of people complain about is the algorithm. Many people feel this is a huge problem with Pokerrrr2. Others like to write long posts about nothing being wrong with it and it’s simply bad beats. Unfortunately, you can’t prove it either way, but there is definitely something off with it. Most companies tweak their algorithms to favor them and not the customers. If you think otherwise, you’re extremely naïve.

Rake too high

This is a fun app with a great UI, and the devs are always adding new challenges and features to it to try to keep it interesting. My main complaint is that the rake is ridiculously high: they take something like 10% of the pot, uncapped, regardless of the stakes, so if you’re playing in the biggest game and you chop a 2MM chip pot, you and your opponent both lose 100K chips to the rake, which is insane. Yes, they have promos and jackpots to give you some chips back, but those don’t make up for the rake.

Another longtime annoyance is that you can only play six-handed (Omaha and NLHE) unless you host your own game. It would be really easy to give the option to play nine-handed, but they never have. So what happens in practice is you often end up playing five- or four- or even three-handed against shorter-stacked opponents, which combined with the high rake makes it very hard to win.

It would also be nice to be able to report people for harassment or spam in the in-game chat. You can mute other players but that’s it.

Good app, but would be amazing with a few no brainer features

The cost to host games is without a doubt the best in the industry. Their customer service has not been great and it’s hard to get answers to questions such as why my hosting rights were penalized. You’d think answers to this specific matter would be prioritized but it’s been over a month without a proper answer.

There are now quite a few apps that have features that are essentiall in the mobile environment. Being able to play in multiple tables on the same device is something every other competitor has implemented at launch. Then the updates that are done are head shaking honestly (colors, in store purchase additions).

The next update should absolutely prioritize toggling between tables on the same device, being able to change game details while game is going (such as straddle options). Also, being able to make certain rooms within clubs private with codes.

Some fixes

Please make the “successfully reloaded” banner shorter in duration or move it somewhere else Please make the ability to reload mid hand rather than having to wait Please give note taking ability on opponents PLEASE MOVE OR MAKE SMALLER THE “SUCCESSFULLY RELOADED” BANNER. It’s so f-big tilting especially when you’re first to act utg and you can’t completely see your cards as the timer your host has is about auto-fold your hand. Please add an “automatically reload/top-off” option and a “check/fold” big blind button.

*** Maybe make the “successfully reloaded” banner infinite in time. Like never take it off the screen. It’s definitely not long enough when your cards auto peel and you can’t quite make out your hand and it’s your turn to act because the banner is in the way and stays up for some pointlessly long amount of time. This way you can just have it always active and players can just pretend to have whatever hand they want. That would be much less tilting

Does the trick, but is algorithmically flawed

Pokerrrr2 for the most part works well aside from connection issues and timeouts , which are extremely and suspiciously coincidental in occurrence; most often when the player who times out is holding cards which, if allowed to play, would nearly always have significant influence on the hand, how it is played, and far more often than not, the play who timed would have won the hand regardless of the number of players involved at the occurrence of the time out.
Further. It is not uncommon to receive the exact same hole three to four hands in a row.
The algorithm continuously rewards players who habitually raise 3x blinds or more preflop with flops including straight and flush draws enticing betting before eventually revealing a river card providing the winning hand to the aggressor throughout, regardless of the strength of hand at any time.
It’s fun, flawed, and free.
And the history stores only 30 days of days, which would easily be changed.

Quarantine Poker

Been using Pokerrrr2 to play with old poker buddies across US during quarantine. Not quite as many bells and whistles as some websites but virtually zero rake. Costs around $2 to host 9 player tourney. Bout $1/hr for cash games. Split between players, it’s well worth it. Would be nice to have more game options (they have nlh, plo, short deck, ofc), albeit nlh and plo are my go tos. Mix game like razz would be cool. Game does fantastic job of keeping track of win/losses for easy payouts (tho the “payoff/calculate” function has been down for a few days for me). Timeouts/connectivity issues are usually well mitigated. Servers can get overwhelmed during peak hours on weekend, has taken me multiple times to sign into app, but once ur in it’s usually good. Read reviews claiming there’s unbelievable amount bad beats, and RNG is somehow rigged. This doesn’t make sense, and I imagine this was only an illusion for someone who played online vs live for first time: you play many more hands online, so your going to see a lot more coolers: quads vs boats, straight-flushes, compared to a live game.

Pokerrrr 2 Needed Features !!!!!

Hello I’ve been a club owner and long time player of the pokerrrr 2 app. I really enjoy pokerrrr 2 over most other mobile poker apps do to its layout and community based games. There are three main problems I have with Pokerrrr2 which I would love to see changed in the future to keep people interested in Pokerrrr2. 1. One of my biggest and most frustrating problems is that Pokerrrr2 freezes lots. Not necessarily glitchy but if you exit to view other apps or text messages Pokerrrr2 freezes and locks up making you have to close it all the way down and open it back up. Apps like pppoker, clubgg and pokerbros all are pretty good with this problem and you can even use your phone and they’ll notify you when it’s your hand. 2. Club features are limited. Club owners is what makes Pokerrrr2 money we as club owners need to have as many features as possible to make it a smooth experience to run games. One thing that I would really like to have is a deposit feature. When my friends play I’d like to deposit there funds before hand so they can sit as needed without any problems. 3. Pokerrrr2 needs to have a union system for clubs that want to group together to build a bigger community. Anyways love Pokerrrr2 please add these features

Best poker with friends app

I belong to a group that has been using Pokerrrr2 for our poker nights since the start of the pandemic. We went from a monthly live game to a weekly game on Pokerrrr2. It has also allowed us to play with friends in other areas, which has been really cool. There have been some crazy hands, but I’ve been part of some crazy hands in live play as well. We’ve tried a couple other apps just to see and none of them stack up. The RNG is as good as any you’ll find on other apps, and the gameplay is much better/ easier/ more user friendly.
I really don’t believe that a perfect poker app will ever exist, but I do believe that this is the closest one so far. Thank you!

Our Covid savior

Our weekly poker group has been together for over 16 years. When covid shut everything down our host house didn’t want to take any chances and we stopped playing. One of our friends found Pokerrrr2 and we were back up and playing again. Someone would host a zoom session so we could see each other and someone would host a poker game on Pokerrrr2 . For almost 3 years we played this way keeping track of everyone’s winnings and losses but have yet to settle up. Last week we started playing in person and it took some to get back in the groove of playing this way as Pokerrrr2 did almost everything for us. You definitely play more hands in Pokerrrr2 as the play is faster and there are no miss deals to worry about. We have truly enjoyed Pokerrrr2 as it got us through COVID and our group never lost touch with each other.

Great to keep your game going during COVID

Whether you are casual or competitive this is a good format to play against friends and strangers alike. Going to see all kinds of levels of players here so lots of opportunity to improve your game. As for talk of does the game produce action hands, I think this is mostly a volume issue and anyone who plays online enough knows you will see so many more hands, anything that can happen will happen over and over and sometimes in clusters. I run for weeks with nothing “unusual” happening then you see quads over quads etc happen multiple times in a night. It happens people. Also, if you are not winning, Look to yourself first before you blame software would be my number one advice. Poker is an easy game to play but it is not a “solved game” and you can spend the rest of your life slowly improving your game. Highly recommend pokerrrr 2 as a place to work on your game while you wait for card rooms to open in your area if you are a live game player as many games here play much more like a live game than a regular online game.

I've been playing poker for 70 years, I'm very adept at quantitative analysis and in the laws of probability. I have never seen so many quads, 4 flushes, and full flushes on the board. I have never experienced so many bad beats. I play on a few apps where I can routinely amass millions of chips. On Pokerrr2, not so much. They need to monetize and have the player buy the chips. At first I thought the level of competition was much higher, but I discounted that hypothesis because of repeated observations. (As denoted above) Their RNG needs tweaking. I know it's been certified by Gaming Labs, but I don't know what their tolerances are. I would do a quantitative analysis if I could get the data points. Like to know if there is a correlation between Pokerrr2 expenditures and ranking. Would also like to see where the data points fall an a bell curve to see how much deviation lies between the norm and Pokerrr2. Think they might send me the data???? In any event, I am through with Pokerrr 2!!!!!!
