Millions Mapped Real Estate Reviews

I appreciate some of the backend features including connectivity between client and agent. The problem is that the features as compared to Redfin or Zillow are pretty limited. No filter options except for location. The UI is amateurish, and does not follow design conventions which makes it hard to work with. Some features including the heat map does not work. I wish there was a way the agent could send the client listings to look at.... an inbox of sorts. I think that at this point, most of my clients will be frustrated by its limitations, and just go back to using Zillow.

I’ve been using a few different realtor apps here lately, and MillionsMappedRealEstate is by far the worst. You can’t scroll on the map without the same listing popping up, and when you can get that listing to disappear then all of the other listings disappear. MillionsMappedRealEstate is super glitchy and is designed to aggravate the user more than actually assist in finding properties.

Don’t waste your time on MillionsMappedRealEstate if you’re trying to actually see what’s available near you.

Millions Mapped is a great tool that’s faster and
Much more up to date than Zillow. I love how it shows homes near me that are for sale or rent. So if I like a home in a neighborhood I can see if any others are available in the area. It also shows where the schools are in relation to the homes, another great feature!

I was just curious looking to see rentals in my area. Map pinpointed me exactly right, then comes the problem. The map shows a house 2.4 miles away from me & I click start reading first red flag price for area way high & I check the address to find out the house is over 150mi away & 3hrs. When I try to search a certain county it brings up all the houses for sale not just the county. Sorry but MillionsMappedRealEstate just isn’t for me!

There are things I love about MillionsMappedRealEstate. It seems very accurate and is a great way to search by map. However, as soon as I wanted to save a favorite, I found I had over 109 properties saved as favorites from a completely different state from where I live. There is no bulk delete and it’s very tedious & time consuming to delete them one by one. This makes MillionsMappedRealEstate much less useful & will keep me from suggesting it to clients. I’d love to see that fixed!

I use MillionsMappedRealEstate almost every day. It’s faster and more accurate than the major real estate sites. Love the ability to draw an area on the map to search in.

I’m a Real Estate Agent!
I started using MillionsMappedRealEstate to send to my clients with the link through KVCore, all my clients came back saying that they created an account, saved a few homes to favorites, then when they went back to (My Agent tab) IT SHOWS A DIFFERENT AGENT! and on my KVCORE dashboard I can’t see their history nor favorites!
Pls update this issue, it happened to all 5 clients I sent to and 2 that went to my site and enter their phone number to receive the Millions Mapped App link...

MillionsMappedRealEstate shows more accurate information than other real estate apps.
I would highly recommend MillionsMappedRealEstate to anyone looking to buy a home.

MillionsMappedRealEstate is super easy and seems accurate with what's for sale in my area. I would recommend MillionsMappedRealEstate because it is so easy to use; it's very user friendly!!!

Not user friendly at first, I can see my clients getting frustrated right off the bat because the search feature is not obvious. Most people will skip the pop up showing how to use MillionsMappedRealEstate , and not know how to navigate through MillionsMappedRealEstate so labels are key

Search filter should allow clients to enter price range, that little toggle is annoying

Needs a settings button instead of <>
And server is really slow

Im on iPhone- when testing i tried to text a listing and it loads the message but doesn’t allow me to hit the send button

Love MillionsMappedRealEstate and how it links with KV Core. I would like to see the color scheme in the more info section be changed. Currently it is a light gray background with white letters. This is very hard to read. It needs a darker background.

Easier than other apps. Search anywhere free to use.

The speed and information is increased by far more than any other regular rental housing applications.

Maybe a few updates...Where we can pick more than one “Heat Map types”. Also, once we click on a property & see the map...it won’t let us click on the map to view the area and move the map around. Thanks :)

Constantly seeing homes that are “just listed” with no photos or info so to view the homes you have to download MillionsMappedRealEstate only to find that none of the “said homes” are actually listed here at all. It’s deceitful and highly annoying and seems like a ploy to just get people to download MillionsMappedRealEstate .

Location was very important to me. Millions mapped has a great search interface for that.

The sliders on the filter are challenging to move to an exact number. In night mode, the filters have a gray background with white text - very hard to read. App lacks usability.

The designers of MillionsMappedRealEstate clearly haven’t used their product, or seen how outdated it is. Horrible user experience! Filtering was such a pain. Stopped trying to use after 5 minutes of fumbling around. Enjoy!

Slow and blotchy, MillionsMappedRealEstate takes you out of the area to who knows what city or state away from my preferred area. Can not see the pictures only 2 out of 12 and made me fall asleep waiting for it. I removed it after one time of use.

Faster to use then Zillow.

MillionsMappedRealEstate has not had an update in over a year. It’s time for a little TLC and a few changes...over works okay.
