Contact Mileage Tracker App Support

I have been using this app for almost a year and it was great in the beginning. When comparing features versus price it was a great value. However, over the last several months it has become a buggy, unreliable app. There are many instances where the app failed to begin tracking a trip despite the fact that I have plug-and-go enabled. The most annoying behavior is that it frequently fails to track the beginning of my trips. In these cases it starts recording map points at some point in the middle the trip, resulting in inaccurate tracking. I’m constantly having to make corrections to my trips. What’s the point of having this app if I end up inputting manually all the time? Since I don’t have faith that it will be corrected any time soon I will begin searching for an alternate app.

I have been using this app for almost 2 years and it used to be pretty decent. But the last 6 months to a year have been awful. The app is on, auto start is on, but doesn’t track! Today is April 25 and the last recorded mileage trip was April 19, I have had multiple trips in my vehicle since the 19th, and business miles that are YET AGAIN, LOST!!!!! It’s very frustrating because this continues to be an issue!

Support has been good with responding but they never actually fix anything, they tell me to make sure this and that are set, which the settings they tell me to check, were already set that way, but issues continue. I’m tired of constantly losing business miles, I don’t have a ton the way it is and now I have even less recorded because the app continues to not work.

I’ve contacted support, over and over again, emailed, and emailed, AND EMAILED, and yet nothing changes, miles, DAYS OF MILAGE, continue to NOT be tracked. I don’t have time to worry about whether or not it’s working, isn’t that supposed to be the point of this app?!?! So you don’t have to worry about it?!?! I’m done with losing business miles because of this app.

I have been a premium user for about a year for the entire year of 2021. Randomly and without me doing anything, all of my data was lost in early January of 2022. Support helped me restore most (but not all) of the data. I am still missing most of December 2021. Even though my data was restored, it was restored with an error because it did not differentiate my business miles and personal miles (which it had been correctly doing the whole year). So basically I now have to manually add every single business trip and parse it out with my personal trips, which defeats the whole purpose of this app. Support is responsive but cannot fix the issue. So basically, the app lost all of my data and then partially restored it but still lost the most important thing which was how many business miles I actually drove. Not sure how that is possible but this error totally ruined my mileage deduction calculation for 2021 and now i have to manually count it all up. I would recommend using another tracking app that does not lose data randomly and without user error
