Hey geniuses Before you ask customers to try out the mobile deposit app you might wanna make sure it works. I take a picture of the front and take a picture of the back and I get a blank window with and x and nothing happens after that. I close the window with a little X and no transaction history is found. How about a progress bar or a countdown timer or something to tell me what it’s doing? Fail, Moving on to another bank.
Update: finally got it to work after three tries. Had another bug, results window was only 1/8 screen height but figured out how to scroll that little window to hit the submit window.
After 4 days it finally says pending.
Would have been faster to use the atm. Ugh

This app, might just be for me, but it’s extremely buggy and glitchy. Every time i log in the app says I need to register my device; I look at my bank several times a day, and it’s problematic when I need to keep registering my device, ironically it doesn’t always work. What I mean, is when I go to the page to register my device, if I go back to the login page it’ll take me to the register device page again, but if I go back to the login AGAIN it’ll just let me through, but that also means I have to put my information in several times before I can actually access my account. Not to mention this app does not have a lot of features the web page does, which is understandable but there are certain things I’d like to do on my phone, that I should not only have access to via PC. It’s an okay app for just seeing your current balance, but this app lacks a lot of basic banking functionality features.

The system is less then ideal. Lacks enough electronic payments. I have some payments take two weeks to clear and that’s to blue cross and Aetna. Gets to a point that it’s better to write a check which is disappointing. Don’t trust your bill payer. I had one payment sent on BP and rejected both times. Verified correct address with company and still returned. Finally wrote a check. Prior bank BP was 5 stars unfortunately they closed offices.
