I have a problem with RoboVox

I have a almost new phone and this app won’t start up. I never got to use it once. It will show that is loading then crash within 20 seconds.

To resolve RoboVox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the RoboVox App
1. On android, goto Settings » RoboVox » click [Force Stop]

Clear RoboVox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RoboVox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RoboVox.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RoboVox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RoboVox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RoboVox
