If all other people rated Clipped based on its design and looks, then omg, it's nice! But if you want some diversity in terms of which news outlets they feature or some customization, then go look somewhere else. Seems like Reuters and New York Times are the only source of political news. Blah!
I'm Miranda Kerr, a popular model for those who don't know me (my name was taken). Since I spend my days at photoshoots, I need an app that I can use to quickly scan through news and understand what is going on around the world. this app does an excellent job of this and I recommend this to everyone, especially people with busy lives. But I don't like how you can't filter the news you receive. Politics and technology shouldn't be in the same page. I also don't like how you had to sign with Facebook or Twitter to be able to read the news. That should be an option. Clipped should also allow users to easily view the full article in case they want to read the whole story rather than the this app version. Otherwise, this is a good app and recommended to all.

So far so good. I'm hoping there will be more content sources in the future. Reading the summary helps me decide if I want to read the entire article.

The layout it self is already good. Just need sources customization

Gestures = simple/natural
Content Summation = intuitive, not algorithmically edited (as is the case among this app's intra-genre rival apps)
These whiny, negative reviews kill me. Anyone who's accomplished something in their life 10% as promising as Clipped would be praising its benefits, not ragging on what they want it to do that it doesn't (yet). Type a topic and get a bunch of recent articles with photo and 3 bullet points - genius! No, the summaries aren't perfect and it's not ideal for discovery (again, wait and see), but it's a great start. I will gladly pay for a premium version to help prove the market so this kid (he's 15, for crying out loud) can devote more of his time to building useful stuff that makes me more productive.

I have used several type of apps for this purpose but Clipped is seriously up above the wall I just loved the idea how it intelligently combines every statistical data and present it in a very attractive and informative fashion.
