How can I get a refund for SongSheet on SongSheetPro store? First of all, importing songs is a nightmare. I tried importing “Yes and Amen” and it looked like a tornado went through the song after it impoted to SongSheet. Even when I downloaded a sample from WorshipReady, SongSheet did not detect many of the line breaks and made that song really difficult to comprehend. The sample of Amazing Grace looks really nice and cute but songs dont look like that when they're imported. With the amount of effort it would take to make a song easily understandable on SongSheet, I might as well continue creating my own charts on Microsoft Word. Also, there is an extraordinary amount of space in the margin to the right of the lyrics that cannot be filled with a second column, which means I need to either make the text extremely small to see most (not all) of the song, or rely on autoscroll or pedal-turners to get to a certain part of the song. This option does not work since many times, we sing random and spontaneous parts of the songs. I also don’t always stand in the same spot on stage, so having to keep coming back to a pedal-turner would be far less than ideal. I’ve only had SongSheetPro for a couple hours and tried to make it work, but it simply does not. I would certainly like to arrange for a refund of the $15 I spent.

I really love SongSheetPro for performing my shows, except when making a set list the alphabet letters need to be on the right side of the song list like it is on the main page. The alphabet letters are shown at the top of each section that the song titles start with which makes for a lot of scrolling up and down the song list to pick which songs to put into the set lists. If this could be changed it would help greatly because sometimes I am making a set lists in a hurry before a gig.

SongSheetPro would be a 5 star app in my opinion if it weren’t for 2 things:
1. I still occasionally experience issues when importing from Ultimate Guitar. Mainly, the chord placement gets off and I have to manually check each one. This is a pain.
2. This is the bigger issue: SongSheetPro needs more customizable midi controls. There is almost no scenario where I only need to skip to the next song and go back or page up/down when playing live. Ideally, I’d want to skip to the next song with one button and start/stop the auto scroll of the lyrics.

Other than these, SongSheetPro seems to have the most intuitive interface and most useful features of the many apps I’ve tried and well worth the few dollars I paid for it.

Appears not to be compatible with google drive.

Update: tech support reached out and told me how to make it work. They said:

SongSheet works fine with Google Drive. You need to have the Google Drive app installed on your device, and in the Files app, make sure it is switched on (you might need to look under "More locations" where you can turn on/off Files plugins). Once you can see Google Drive in Files, then it will appear also in Browse inside SongSheet."

I have used SongSheetPro for over 2 years now and really love it!

The one request I hope the developers can add as a feature is the ability to select what detailed information you want to see on the main songs page. Right now the main page only displays the song title, author, and key of the song. I hope that there will be an upgrade where we can choose what we want to display (such as the year, additional notes, etc).

I play 2 different instruments and some sound better with one over the other so I would love to be able to put on the main page which instrument I play that song with instead of having to go into the song then into the notes of the song.

Even if displaying the year was an option, I could put the instrument there instead of using it for the year.

I picked up playing the ukulele, but a lot of sites are awkward or I wanted to change some chords to make the sound more “ukulele-y”. I have gotten several friends to get SongSheetPro or I have gifted it to them and I can share or library easily. Really great for campfire time, lullaby, and general stress relief. I actually deleted some games because I seem to just transpose on SongSheetPro instead of gaming now. Worth the price. I even got the iPhone app in addition so I can jam on the go!

I still wish we could toggle to graphic chords for the people I am teaching:)

Finally…. An opportunity to leave the 3-Ring Binder on the shelf… Just downloaded the trial version and have already explored the capabilities of SongSheetPro thoroughly - along with the incredible support from the developer… Very flexible format with many options. I have imported text from multiple sources with great success…. including Word, Google Docs and straight from Ultimate Guitar Pro… Love it !!!!!! Definitely plan on getting the Lifetime Subscription and continue to import 25 years worth of hard copy lyrics….! Thanks to SongSheet Pro…..

I have been using SongSheet Pro for over 1 year and find it extremely easy to use . I am NOT a tech guy and needed a page turning music sheet app that I could learn easily and without being frustrated. SONGSHEET PRO IS IT! I use it with Irig Blue Turn on an I pad ( 6 th generation ) perfect! I highly recommend SongSheet Pro to anyone wanting a easy to use as well as very functional music sheet / song sheet app!

I’ve been using SongSheetPro for months, and lately I’ve been digging deeper into it. I find myself wondering “does SongSheet Pro do this?” And after digging into the online manual, I find that it does. It does a LOT of things and does them well, but the auto-scroll feature (and all you can do with it) has become an indispensable tool to me, especially when leading worship. Great app!

This software is truly a joy to use! I was frustrated with the laborious process of editing Chopro tags and formatting in other apps. SongSheet Pro makes this as easy as humanly possible...just tap and drag a chord...or tap and select a Chopro tag for precise layout with minimal taps. And the beautiful interface, easy navigation and thoughtful text formatting look as artistic as I hope my music sounds. In short...it’s as perfectly suited to me as an app gets!

Best song chart program I’ve seen. I’ve been using UnReal Book for my band, but it doesn’t have a good chart writing function. I’d have to write the chart in Word, adding the chords above the lyrics manually and moving them to the right positions, and adding verse, chorus and bridge notes manually. Then I’d have to change the Word chart to a PDF chart to get it into UnReal Book. This program makes it super easy to do all that with much simpler keystrokes. If you could figure out how to add chord diagrams to the program that would make it almost perfect!

Still fairly new to SongSheet Pro, but I’ve been able to do what I want with it, and get rid of my binders of paper. Many of my songs are in a homegrown style of Nashville notation that I’ve hand written and SongSheet Pro deals with them well. I use the ChordPro notation for song titles and such in the files as well, and have found the support for the specification the best of the iOS apps I’ve tried. I appreciate being able to import via Files as it lets me sync between my iPad and PC easily. The bulk import using a folder was very handy. The developer(s) seem active, but so far I don’t have any features I have found missing. Some folks complain about the pricing, but someone is spending time building SongSheetPro and I am happy to pay for a quality product. I use SongSheetPro daily, unlike some of the bits of music gear I have collecting dust. I do use it on an iPad and iPhone, and it does work better on the iPad.

LOVE the feature of bringing in PDF docs. They have come in mostly (98%) clean with minimal edits needed. The ability to import different types of chord sheet formats sold me, and I'm not disappointed. Your competition can't do this.

I'm a classically trained musician who has transitioned to playing with bands who use chord sheets. I have been to so many rehearsals where the band has changed key on me. Rather than being lost in my incapacity to transpose on the fly, SongSheetPro has saved precious time at rehearsal by doing it for me.

I frequently use SongSheet pro as a solo artist and with my band. My band mates have it too and it allows me to share our setlists prior to the show. I used to use spiral bound notebooks or charts in a three ring binder but no more! If I need to input chord above the lyrics it allows me space to place them exactly above the lyric applied to. My one thought would be to have a reminder set after inputting lyrics (if one forgets to tag them), that asks do you want to exit without saving(?). They disappear after all that tying! But that’s on me really.
I really enjoy it on my iPad in a holder. It’s very handy and user friendly.

First, I love SongSheetPro : it works as advertised, easy to add and edit songs. But I’m most impressed with support. I’ve had two issues, one was the result of my ignorance and other was a glitch that resulted in not being able to copy songs from one ipad to the other. In both instances they responded immediately and gave me the information I needed (in the first case) or fixed the issue (in the most recent case.) I’ve had problems with other music apps like Guitar Tabs and GuitarTapp— their support is nonexistent! I rely on having songs on my ipad for gigs— so it’s important to have confidence that if something goes wrong, SongSheet will have my back!

I have tried all of the apps out there for songwriting and music compilation, and SongSheetPro is the VERY BEST! I love how I am able to quickly write out my lyrics, add the Chords, and also be able to add a recording of my song, and to sync it to the lyrics.
I also love how I can change the key to the song quickly.

I love how I am able to send all of my songs to my devices within seconds. I have about 700 songs, and it has the ability to send all of my songs within 5 seconds. (amazing!)
For those of you who have some old iPads out there. I found that the iPad2 mini has great battery life and makes for a great back up / second copy that I can share with a friend, when they come over to sing with me. It’s Super useful!

I use this app almost every day, as I sing my favorite songs.
It also helps me to write a new song every week!!!
I highly recommend SongSheetPro for Songwriter Singers!

I currently play in a band and we change the setlist almost every gig. SongSheetPro makes organizing a setlist so easy, takes the work out of the process. I really appreciate having the chords and lyrics right in front of me. I also add reminder notes to help remember certain parts of a song. Once you have your songs put in it is real easy to copy and reorder lists or change keys of a song depending on the singer.

No more papers, notebooks or writing anything down. Bought a iPad specifically for SongSheetPro. Can also share songs with other musicians who use SongSheetPro . Can’t recommend enough. Not going back to notebooks! This is a no brainer!

We do volunteer musical entertainment in nursing homes, assisted living, independent retirement living and etc. SongSheet Pro provides instant access to stored lyrics, chord progressions, multiple set lists and listed categories of music that provide major flexibility and the ability to respond to requests instantly. Most impressive to us is the capability to have each venue set list readily available to use, change, and maintain. As we keep well over 100 songs ready for use, we categorize them in both set lists and specialties so that if a certain performing star’s songs are requested, we have medley’s already listed to use in answering those requests. Overall a major labor saving tool for us.

I have been using SongSheetPro for a couple years now. I play acoustic guitar in a band that frequently changes the key of songs based on whose singing on any given week. As a result I had to carry multiple versions of the same song all the time. With SongSheet I am able to copy and paste the song in once and change the key on the fly or even use a capo and have SongSheetPro show me what the new chords are if I just tell it where I put my capo. It’s a dream come true and it works like magic.

In addition, I had a question about one of the update that came out a few weeks ago and I clicked the support button inside SongSheetPro , typed a question and hit send. To my pleasant surprise I got a response in a mater of an hour or so explaining exactly what I needed. Further, the support staff has, on a number of occasions asked for recommended improvements and they have incorporated some!

I’m a singer who always memorizes the lyrics. I never needed to take my music with me until I started playing keyboard.

I tried another app first, but wasn’t impressed. SongSheet Pro gives me almost everything I need for practice and gigs. I use SongSheetPro multiple times every day.

SongSheetPro is super stable: it works and does what it’s supposed to do. When I have had questions, the developer has been quite responsive.
