Since ios8 update, can't access paid subscription. Great publication but come on - this is unacceptable...

Since the iOS update I can not access my paid subscription. App is locked up.

I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I wanted hard copies not digital.

Can’t unsubscribe when I want to. Don’t purchase!

FloridaSportsmanMagazine is garbage!!! How do I get a refund?

iOS 8 killed FloridaSportsmanMagazine .

This is ridiculous, paid 16 bucks for a subscription that does not work at all. Tried following the directions but it still doesn’t work. No reply from developer either, yet. How can you get your money back?

App worked fine until IOS 8 operating system update/release. Now cannot access a paid for subscription. Intermedia, it's time to issue a timely fix or issue credit for a non-accessible paid subscription until you get this fixed.

Can only access two issues. Thank goodness I have print as well. Terrible customer support. Makes me sad.

I loved FloridaSportsmanMagazine as well as the magazine for years!! But as stated with the iOS 8 update this no longer works! FloridaSportsmanMagazine deserves 5 stars and would easily have received that if not for the breaking of FloridaSportsmanMagazine and not being able to view the magazine I have subscribed to. Please correct this issue or issue refunds to subscribers.

Do not buy FloridaSportsmanMagazine if you are on ios8. Ios8 has been out for a reasonable amount of time for a fix to have been issued. Still no word from the developer, but they seem to have no issue keeping our money. Shame on them.

Another example of a great idea that cant be executed as promised. Quick to take payment, but no hurry to fix the product. Ive only been able to read 4 editions out of my yearly subscription. DO NOT GET FloridaSportsmanMagazine. Stick to buying off the rack.

Just paid $15 for a subscription. The magazine won't load and crashes. Please fix ASAP.

No access to my subscription since the update. Can't wait until this is addressed. Great publication just can't access it now. I'll upgrade the rating when this is fixed.

I was happy with the mag one year subscription on my iPad. But when I looked for it on my iPhone its no where to be found. And it won't let me download the next issue on the iPad. Please fix this

Downloaded on my iPhone. Works as designed I guess, but only place the full digital page on the screen. Yes, I can zoom in and out but on an phone there is a TON of scrolling and panning. A redesign of the pages allowing a font/size selection would be nice or use the font/size I set in my IOS settings. Something similar to USA Today app would be awesome! They allow me to select font size and still have pictures in the content.

Had an issue with my third copy as it stated an “error” where the download button should have been. Had to uninstall then reinstall FloridaSportsmanMagazine . Was worried that I would lose my earlier purchases but they were restored.
While I like the magazine - other than the increasing number of advertisements - FloridaSportsmanMagazine itself isn’t that great. Can’t read in landscape, no embedded links to take you to other pages or sites, etc. Seems a bit low-tech compared to other magazines.

There is no other Magazine that comes close to capturing the best in Florida fishing!

I have been reading this magazine forever; glad to see that it is on the iPad. Great quality too.

I'm an existing FL Sportsman print subscriber. I get other subscriptions like Wired, Automobile etc which you automatically get the digital edition for free as a courtesy for subscribing. Whats cheaper to the publisher? A quick digital download or hack down the trees, put the ink to the page, then pay the postage? The download.

Apparently not here. The 'free trial' expires after six months ... And then what? I'll buy both print and digital? I don't think so. I'll have six months left on my print sub. Will I auto renew after my 12 months? Nope.

And does the 'free trial' work as described? Well, I cant download the prior three months that i received via print. I can only download 'the current' issue available to FloridaSportsmanMagazine - suggesting your login is not linked to your print subscription in any way.

It's also cheaper to buy a printed subscription via the links in app compared to the direct mails that i received in the mail over the past month warning that my printed subscription was about to run out.

Way to annoy your existing subscriber base.
