Overall I enjoy the service and clients appreciate the ease of setting up appointments. As an owner of a busy barber shop, it can be frustrating, because while some stylists can be slower than others, schedulista only allows the entire business as a whole to operate on the same appointment duration. So if I want to take clients every 30 minutes, while a slower coworker needs to book out at 45 minutes, there’s nothing I can do. I have to take clients every 45 minutes so that the other barber doesn’t get behind. Waste of time and money for myself and other faster stylists, by being forced to limit our clientele volume to accommodate slower stylists. Service times should be set up individually per stylist, not as a whole. Also SchedulistaAppointments interface was quicker and much simpler to use before...sure it looks nicer and some much needed updates and services were introduced, but could be so much more intuitive and responsive. This service offers more strengths than weaknesses, but the weaknesses can be extremely limiting to a busy salon environment.

I have been using schedulista for many years now.
I have found it to be very reliable and have had virtually no complaints from my clients about it. I did switch to another scheduler because of one feature I really wanted which is Google Appointments where folks can book an appointment directly from a Google page. Although that feature is very useful the new scheduler I picked with this capability was so full of bugs and problems that I received complaints nearly every week including multiple complaints from several regular clients.

After several months of using this other scheduler (Square Appointments) with a plethora of complaints I decided to move back to Schedulista. Once again I’m getting rave reviews from my clients about its ease-of-use. I like everything about Schedulista except

1- it’s lack of seeing other scheduling software appointments such as my old Square Appointments (which has caused some frustrating double bookings) and

2- the fact that I cannot offer the ease of google appointments to my clients.

However I’m willing to give up those features to have a seamless and easy and reliable booking system.

I spent weeks researching and trying scheduling programs before settling on Schedulista for our luxury menswear store. Nearly three years later and I can’t think of a better decision or a program that has added more value to our business. We literally went from 5 appointments a month to over 100…

The software is unparalleled in features and easy to use even for my non-technical staff and customers. Words can’t begin to convey how much it has streamlined and organized our business while elevating our customer experience far beyond our competition.

I high recommend Schedulista!

As a private practice of 12 clinicians, I liked how Schedulista was able to sync with multiple calendars. The monthly fee is reasonable for all the features that are offered. The reason for my low rating is when I embedded Schedulista into my website (Squarespace), the full screen only showed sometimes. When my clients would go to my website to schedule they would able to go through the entire process but then not see a confirm or submit button. So then they wouldn’t schedule. When I reached out to IT for help, initially they sent links to things that were not my problem. Then I was able to chat with a person who then sent links for the same things that were not my problem. I sent a final email about 2 months ago. No one responded. I have left Schedulista. I would rather pay more for a scheduling system that works so that I am not losing potential clients.

Great app! I have an appointment based business, and I discovered Schedulista about a year ago. It has made my life so much easier. My clients can schedule, reschedule, or cancel their appointments themselves. The biggest plus is that I no longer spend an hour at the end of the day reminding people of their upcoming appointment bc Schedulista does it for me, which is a huge time saver. I set my own hours and can block out time if I need to. I love being able to see all my appointment/client data in one place. It’s easy to use on the laptop as well as my phone. Very happy with SchedulistaAppointments.

We’ve tried many. Schedulista is very intuitive and easy to use. Our clients love it, too. They are always updating and adding very helpful features to make it even better. Support is very responsive.

Schedulista really shines when the user is scheduling on a mobile device. The interface is very clean, simple, and easy to read on mobile - much better than other apps (and surprisingly, better than the all-inclusive client management software apps’ mobile schedulers).

This is a great platform! I especially love the credit card capture that allows me to charge later. The scheduler doesn’t transfer the appointment info into the calendar, which means that I have to go to my email, FIND the email, and go from their in order to view my appts. It would be nearly perfect if the info was automatically uploaded into my calendar, like Appointlet does. Also, the calendar syncing function can be a little more user friendly. The function has failed before which makes me and my staff nervous. All in all, I enjoy this platform. Those couple minor fixes would make this perfect.

I have been using Schedulista (both SchedulistaAppointments and desktop version) for years now and it’s excellent. It does exactly what you need it to do and it does it reliably and affordable. I tried several scheduling options and this is by far the best and easiest to use. They have also been great with support on the few occasions I needed it. Even if you’re tech challenged like me, this is a user friendly platform and will save you a ton of time and headaches. Highly recommended!

Schedulista gives my patients the ability manage their own appointments. As a one person office it has saved me countless hours on the phone or texting. Rarely is a conversation needed for established patients prior to an appointment. I’ve received much positive feedback from my patients and they can’t believe it does all it does for $19/month!
My one holdback on giving 5 stars would be the inability to sort and filter in the program vs uploading to help make paying taxes easier. I recommend to new practitioners all the time.

SchedulistaAppointments has changed my life for the better in soo many ways! It makes my clients accountable to appear for appointments, I can use it anywhere my phone works while at the same time the gals at the front desk can also schedule people. The people who run SchedulistaAppointments have been promptly responsive to my questions and needs and criticisms. There have been very few little glitches, and they may have more to do with my low level of digital skill than with SchedulistaAppointments itself.

I love Schedulista! As a sole employee of a busy private practice clinic, SchedulistaAppointments and website have saved my business! My patients love the ease of being able to schedule themselves. I love not needing to leave an exam to answer the phones! SchedulistaAppointments could be slightly more user friendly I feel but it’s not too difficult to navigate. I do wish that SchedulistaAppointments were set up the same as the website. When I get in a hurry I forget they are set up to schedule slightly different. I prefer the website over SchedulistaAppointments but on the go, SchedulistaAppointments is a wonderful tool! Thank you!

I have been using Schedulista for over four years, it’s always been fantastic, but updates keep getting better all the time! My clients love the online scheduling & text reminders. I love that I can look up a client & see their upcoming appointments. It’s crazy simple to update specific days to increase or decrease availability. Contacting clients by message, call or email is simple also right from SchedulistaAppointments on my phone. I love that I can do all of these things from my phone.

I used to use pen and paper to manage my calendar and payments. After switching to Schedulista people just book and pay online. When clients attempt to book times with me over text message… I reply with the scheduling link and tell them all my availability is up to date. It helps me and my customers take action and collect payment immediately.

As a chiropractic office the ability for patients to schedule themselves has freed up our phone lines to allow more new patients to schedule. Our entire staff including massage therapists are able to see the schedule in real time which really cuts back on confusion over last minute schedule changes. SchedulistaAppointments is worth the money for sure. It has allowed us to operate much more efficiently.

The only thing that is bothering me extremely is that the button to see details of each service is „more“ and not „more details“ or „service details“.. I had many customers complaining about this Ober the Years as it caused misunderstandings. But schedulista team just emailed me back that they consider to change it.. that would be awesome

Schedulista has done a lot to automate my scheduling and is super affordable for around $20 a month. I wish SchedulistaAppointments was slightly easier to use, I can’t figure out how to take days off with it, and when changing the date you have to know the exact date you are changing it to since it’s a scroll thru option and not a calendar. Sometimes the scrolling function isn’t the most accurate. But all in all works really well for my coaching business.

Amazing service! Best scheduling app I’ve used. My clients love the reminders and they always say it’s easy to schedule online.
I bought a new phone once and while sinking to the new phone, I accidentally deleted all of my appointments. A quick call to customer service and they handled it with minutes no problem.

Been with Squarespace/ Schedulista since 2015. They are VERY user friendly, I have clients in their 80’s and 90’s that comment on how easy and painless it is to use the scheduling system to make an appointment, even at their age! Keep up the great work Schedulista!!! Highly recommend for all serious high volume barbers who are looking to take their efficiency to the next level.

Few things I wish I did ... offer more than just 3 hours notice for scheduled app ..and when I look on my phone I would like to able to zoom in to see schedule better . There is no option to zoom in.
And when I try to change line up of stay if does not work . I even log out and then log back in. I ve looked for a cutumer service number to call and there does not seem to be one 🙄

Would rate higher but randomly logs you out, loads so slow lately, and won’t save information because it’s running so slow. We have been using SchedulistaAppointments as a business for about 4-5 years and it has been terrible lately! Will switch if issues aren’t fixed soon.

I work as an independent hairstylist so I do all my own scheduling. I’ve been using Schedulista for about three years now, my clients love it, in fact at least one client per week tells me how user friendly and fun this scheduler is. I have almost no noshows because of the reminder sent out. If a client does forget, I taze them with both an email reminder and a text, ha!

I see between 30 and 40 patients a week and absolutely couldn't manage my business as a sole practitioner without the help of Schedulista. There are other applications out there for scheduling but I can't find a real reason to switch off this system. Works like a dream and so affordable too. Thank you!!!

I love it, my clients love it, it’s easy to use and customizable from their website and translates perfectly through their app. Haven’t had a weird bug or glitch ever. Their updates have been very welcomed and I’m sure there’s more to come. Customer support is easy to reach by email. Keep it up guys!

I have been using Schedulista since March 2014. I love it and my clients love it, especially the reminders which have reduced forgotten appointments and no-shows to almost nil! It's a great price point, very reliable, great support, easy to use... what more can I say?! I use it on my laptop, my iPad and iPhone, so no matter where I am, I have access.

I had a bad experience with SchedulistaAppointments but they definitely took care of the problem and SchedulistaAppointments is A+. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to book clients for any business!
