Hi , I have paid for a map purchase on my Android phone. I am trying to download a map of the South Island, New Zealand, but the download stops at 96% each time. I had tried to download a map of both north and south and was stopped at the same place. Thinking it must have been too big have tried just one island in the download, but was stopped again at 96%.

I have paid for and downloaded the full OS maps on to my new Android phone but a good proportion of the tiles will not load, as if they have not been paid for. No response from Topo (as usual) so my wife downloaded the app on to her Android phone and purchased some of the tiles that were not loading on mine. They did not load on her either but the ones either side did. Any ideas anyone, being as it is seemingly impossible to get a reply from Topo support.
Common dislikes about Topo GPS app
- No topographic information for the US
- Does not have trails marked for specific areas in the US, such as Deshuttes National Forest in Oregon.
