Hi , I have paid for a map purchase on my Android phone. I am trying to download a map of the South Island, New Zealand, but the download stops at 96% each time. I had tried to download a map of both north and south and was stopped at the same place. Thinking it must have been too big have tried just one island in the download, but was stopped again at 96%.

I have paid for and downloaded the full OS maps on to my new Android phone but a good proportion of the tiles will not load, as if they have not been paid for. No response from Topo (as usual) so my wife downloaded the app on to her Android phone and purchased some of the tiles that were not loading on mine. They did not load on her either but the ones either side did. Any ideas anyone, being as it is seemingly impossible to get a reply from Topo support.

How to fix Topo GPS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Topo GPS app on iPhone
Update Topo GPS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Topo GPS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Topo GPS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Topo GPS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Topo GPS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Topo GPS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Topo GPS App
1. On android, goto Settings » Topo GPS » click [Force Stop]

Update Topo GPS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Topo GPS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Topo GPS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Topo GPS.

Fix Topo GPS unable to contact server/ Topo GPS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Topo GPS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Topo GPS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Topo GPS
