How to fix DG app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DG app on iPhone
Update DG app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DG iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DG on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DG network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix DG not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DG app issues:

Force Stop the DG App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DG app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DG to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DG App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DG app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DG.

Fix DG unable to contact server/ DG internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DG » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DG » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DG on android.
