I have a problem with FLAC Player+

- Scrubbing option not available when playing a song with the screen locked

- Issue with playing the same song again when in shuffle mode

- App stops playing music without being touched

- App disconnects from Bluetooth and plays out of the phone

- Occasional difficulty in transferring music files from computer to iPhone

To resolve FLAC Player+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the FLAC Player+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » FLAC Player+ » click [Force Stop]

Clear FLAC Player+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FLAC Player+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FLAC Player+.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FLAC Player+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FLAC Player+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FLAC Player+
