Fits well with this app general lack of customer service when you need them. Link to providers only provides blank screen. Sad to see a once well respected organization fall so low.

Hi, BCBSNM biometrics login feature, Touch ID for me, is no longer working, nor is there a way within in BCBSNM to turn it on/off. The feature is simply missing, and this happened recently with one of BCBSNM updates, either in v6.2.x or 6.3. Running IOS 17, and Touch ID works on other apps.

Zero stars. BCBSNM fails to log in more than it logs in. It never recognizes passwords, makes me change the password then does not recognize the new password and locks me out of the account. I should be able to access my information in real time. Some how blue cross is the only company unable to provide this information.
After signing in the accept our terms pop up shows up and when I click accept it says an error occurred over and over. Can never get past it starting about 2 weeks ago.
I don’t find BCBSNM helpful at all, all I get is an UD card, no information on my plan. My other insurance carrier had everything that I wanted to see, this doesn’t have nothing , but your ID card, disappointing
Gave one star because I can’t give it zero. From day one of downloading BCBSNM , it’s never worked. I deleted it and re-downloaded it, still doesn’t work. Absolute junk.
How to download it, had to create a new account because of some dysfunctional “system update”, and still I get the error message “it looks like your account does not have the required permissions to login”. The telephone customer support person I was working with while I was having to create a new account just hung up on me, and it wouldn’t even let me take the feedback quiz at the end of the call.
BCBS is a huge bureaucracy and it is unwieldy and dysfunctional. Yet one more reason why we need single payer healthcare coverage.
When I go to register my account, BCBSNM pulls up BCBSIL and will not let me register my account for New Mexico. It states I am unable to register and it will not let me log in with my normal website password.
App itself is okay. I just wish I didn't have to input my login information every single time I want to use it.
I registered online through computer and everything was set. I tried to log on BCBSNM and it said I do not have permission to get in!
BCBSNM is useful, when it works. I’ve had it on iPhone and android, and claims that appear online when I log on with a computer don’t show up on BCBSNM . Lots of errors, as an example, sometimes the find a provider feature works and sometimes it doesn’t. The spending tracking isn’t accurate as it shows out of network and in network spending as being the same (my understanding is they don’t count toward each other, but I could be wrong about that).
The interface is great. It's a shame the only thing that works is the "claims" tab. The deductible and out of pocket graph looks cool but has always said zero for both. The spending tab has an error message and there is no information about coverage or costs. I hope they fix this because it could be very useful, I will update review if they do.
Good idea but so far it only had info on claims and nothing on deductibles and such. Needs to be developed more before releasing.
BCBSNM is really not bad as I’ve heard from others easy to navigate and has pertinent information you may need, the only thing I would improve is the claims tab. It’s a very generic claim tab, I would like to know specific information as to what that “claim” covers, I’ve had many appointments lately and it’s hard to keep up which is which. An “expansion” window may be suitable for this tab.

I am a new member of BCBS as of January 1, 2023 & called the help line for assistance in getting my account set up. Chris was the one that answered the phone & guided me through each step. He was so patient & helpful, and answered all my questions. Thank you Chris from Texas & Blue Cross for proving such excellent customer service!
