BCBSOK is as helpful as the company overall. I paid my premium. Then got a second email reminding me to either pay my premium “If you have already made a payment, please disregard this email.”
Then nothing. I am a type-1 Diabetic with neurological issues, and I could not get treatment without updated insurance.
I called today, and was informed because there were TWO different premiums (one for Health insurance, one for dental) that my policy was terminated the day after I paid the premium. Had I known I had to pay $18 more dollars, then I would have done so. Don’t waste your time. Health Insurance is a scam.
BCBSOK and website cannot be logged into…service is horrible.
This was a decent app once upon a time. Unfortunately, for the couple of months the only feature that actually functions is the ability to log in. Each and every time I try to use the in network “Provider Finder” I’m greeted by an error message saying “Something Went Wrong, Provider Finder cannot be reached at this time”.
As a chronically ill 30 year old who met ALL of her deductibles by June of this year, I’ve paid my dues to BCBS. Is it really too much to ask that you make my life a little bit easier?
BCBSOK doesn’t work

BCBSOK stopped working along with the this app website stopped working approx 1 week ago. Deleting and redownloading and nothing works.
iOS 18 does not allow me to login to BCBSOK or through safari to this app anymore. I guess you all don’t want my premium then.
When using IOS password autofill, BCBSOK adds spaces after the password which causes the login to fail. Even when manually entering a password the login fails and the only way to fix the issue is delete BCBSOK and reinstall. Can’t use Face ID because attempting to add a passkey throws an error. Adding a trusted device throws an error. It is not intuitive and feels thrown together. When attempting to look up coverage it tells me to look at my plan benefit materials. How does a multi billion dollar company create an app so terrible? My previous insurance was AETNA and their app was light years ahead of this travesty.
BCBSOK for a week after my account was set up and now all I get is a blank page. It won’t let me look at anything.

Logging in is a nightmare. Please we pay a lot of money for insurance, take some of that money and as tech to help you guys make a better app. Hands down worst!

BCBSOK was fine before the major update. Since the latest update, I can't even login. The page just stays blank. It's really easy to fix this. Stop making constant changes and stick to what works.
Haven’t been able to log in my account for two weeks, going through BCBSOK it’s just a blank screen once you click login/create account. Does the same thing when you request for website.
I have used the iOS app for a long time and really liked it. This new app log in process is horrible. I use FaceID to log in with my iOS apps on an iPhone. This new version of BCBS for Oklahoma requires going thru many screens just to get to a screen to log in with FaceID. The last app before this new one you only needed to click on BCBSOK and FaceID opened BCBSOK . This new one requires to click on BCBSOK and then requires many screens to deal with to get to log in with FaceID. PLEASE FIX THIS. BCBS as a provider is much better than this sub-par app so BCBSOK designer needs to fix this log in issue.
As a mom to a special needs kiddo and a couple others in the family who have regular medical care, I check our benefits/claims often. BCBSOK is handy. Most of what I need is right at my fingertips. Like any app, it doesn’t have everything and I have to get onto the website occasionally but it’s great to be able to get the “typical” info I’m looking for. It’s pretty easy to navigate and find everything.
