In the past years I loved playing the game. But a few years ago after the death of my father, I took a break from all games. When I tried to come back to the game I was unable to do so. I tried the support pages and everything to get back onto my account and nothing worked. A few days ago I thought I would try again. Re-establishing my account was easier to do. However I was unable to login to the game. I tried contacting support. After a few days waiting between back and forth emails and today’s last email. I was told that they deleted my account and it was my fault for not moving it when they posted the messages on their social media and websites. I was never notified that the servers were going to be merged or moved and what wasn’t moved would be deleted. I was told they would not compensate for the account and I should just start over. What I haven’t mentioned is that I invested thousands of dollars into this game. So had I known they would be switching their servers I would have moved my account in a heartbeat. They have my email, even though I didn’t play the game I still checked my email. In my opinion for them to just casually throw my account away and tell me to start over shows a high lack of respect to the player base. The game is fun. The support terrible.

Lots of Bugs and issues when quickly leveling up characters no audio no help available in-game to address issues and bugs summon tokens section is not even there anymore deleting and downloading again doesn't solve the issues using 5000 summon tokens doesn't even give you one single 8 star character let alone ten 7 star characters

This one of my best games ever. But they just ruined it , the Bonus Arena was one of the easy thing to get in this game now you have to win the battle against the most power players to win it and you have only 3 arena tickets, what a waste I’m deleting this stupid game

I made plenty of purchases when I first started this game and any time I walked away, deleted HeroesofCamelot , or got a new phone it’s been impossible to restore those purchases. Tried the forgotten password and still don’t receive emails about my account info yet they can still email me 🙄. It’s entertaining but a sucker game.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and had sooooo much stuff and when I got on today all my progress was gone... all my in app purchases, cards, level, and my progress.... really the only thing I care about is my in app purchase y’all should be ashamed of y’all self cause I can’t get back at all and everything is gone I will not waste my time or money on another one of yalls game!

I’ve just downloaded and started playing this game. I realized that I won’t be able to have good heroes as other big players. No questions, a lot of them have been playing many years. Gaea is so greedy. All they want is your money.
It seems lots of players stopped playing. I can see that it’s not fun if you don’t have good heroes/cards. And it just takes too long to have. You need to keep fighting. Pointless to me.

HeroesofCamelot should be avoided, Gaea allows players to cheat. They refuse to take action, I would not waste any time on a Gaea game. They are going down the drain.

Even worse - they are now “selling” face masks and sanitizer! Talk about tone deaf - a Chinese company that is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party trying to make money off the crisis that was created by them!

This used to be a great game with both pay to play and free to play options. DECA now holds event to obtain card you must pay insane amount. You can grind all you possibly can and not even afford to get 1 copy of each card. Other company, GAEA would give tokens in log in, or arena, or allow purchase in exploit or duel shop. Not DECA, they just want your $. They don’t listen to players, they do not resolve tickets. They do not post arenas on time. Bugs cannot be fixed. Game was so good, DECA is horrible.

I’ve reported this game to my States Attorney for having gaming ( Gambling ) as part of the game without a license to do so. Additionally as a Gambling Company US law mandates that they post odds for all their transactions, which they do not.

Two years ago GaEa took over this s game from Kabam. It was a difficult transition, or so it seemed to me as an active player so I quit playing for several years.
A month ago I returned to the game hoping that Gaea has improved it.
My hopes were very quickly quashed as I realized they had taken a poor gaming experience and turned it into what con only be described as a gamers nightmare. Their greed is so blatantly obvious that the world chat is often full complaining of how known cheaters are allowed to remain in the game. This can only be because GaEa PROFITS from allowing them to play at the expense of everyone else.

DO NOT GET THIS GAME AND DO NOT GET ANYTHING KABAM OR GAEA ARE INVOLVED WITH....

This is a great concept of a game but you need to spend a lot of money for gems to get good cards. Sure they give you bonus gems and monthly chest of chest but the drop rate for cards are very low. Opened 200 chest and only got one card out of it.

The support finally corrected my problem-after arguing with me with a generic -sorry. So I am back to playing and enjoying. I am changing my rating from 2star to 4star.

To be honest, like the reviewer before said, yes there is always the pay to play advances. But that’s the players who spend massive amounts on the game. But he’s wrong I’ve only put very little into this game when it comes to money, but a lot of time. A lot. And I’m right with the best. :) this game has tons to do. And always something to keep u busy.

This game is straightforward

This is like my RuneScape I LOVE Heros of Camelot! It’s such a great journey to progress an account and reach far and cool places you unlock. Recently in years it’s died down but they offer HUGE rewards now for making an account so it’s easier than ever before getting started this has aged better than the finest of wine. <3

Game has come along way since I started playing. A lot to do now constant events and arenas!!! Many many card combos for great battles.

HeroesofCamelot has been around a while now. Yet the events keep you busy. Fun gameplay and cool cards.

Very fun and time consuming. You get awesome cards from the beginning so you progress nicely. Great job guys!

Ok so great game but you need to give more gems away or nobody is going to want to play or what they will do is keep on deleting the game then get it again for the starter gems and it cost money for gems……
Other than that if you are bored get this game or are just wanting to get a game that has no ads get this game (:

I hope that the gems are more distributed tho
Developer if u give out more gems thru the game more people will get this game trust me

It’s pretty good overall though

I need help recovering my account. The game continuously tells me my password is incorrect and i can’t utilize the “forgot password” button. Nothing happens
