In the past years I loved playing the game. But a few years ago after the death of my father, I took a break from all games. When I tried to come back to the game I was unable to do so. I tried the support pages and everything to get back onto my account and nothing worked. A few days ago I thought I would try again. Re-establishing my account was easier to do. However I was unable to login to the game. I tried contacting support. After a few days waiting between back and forth emails and today’s last email. I was told that they deleted my account and it was my fault for not moving it when they posted the messages on their social media and websites. I was never notified that the servers were going to be merged or moved and what wasn’t moved would be deleted. I was told they would not compensate for the account and I should just start over. What I haven’t mentioned is that I invested thousands of dollars into this game. So had I known they would be switching their servers I would have moved my account in a heartbeat. They have my email, even though I didn’t play the game I still checked my email. In my opinion for them to just casually throw my account away and tell me to start over shows a high lack of respect to the player base. The game is fun. The support terrible.

I’ve reported this game to my States Attorney for having gaming ( Gambling ) as part of the game without a license to do so. Additionally as a Gambling Company US law mandates that they post odds for all their transactions, which they do not.

Two years ago GaEa took over this s game from Kabam. It was a difficult transition, or so it seemed to me as an active player so I quit playing for several years.
A month ago I returned to the game hoping that Gaea has improved it.
My hopes were very quickly quashed as I realized they had taken a poor gaming experience and turned it into what con only be described as a gamers nightmare. Their greed is so blatantly obvious that the world chat is often full complaining of how known cheaters are allowed to remain in the game. This can only be because GaEa PROFITS from allowing them to play at the expense of everyone else.

DO NOT GET THIS GAME AND DO NOT GET ANYTHING KABAM OR GAEA ARE INVOLVED WITH....

This used to be a great game with both pay to play and free to play options. DECA now holds event to obtain card you must pay insane amount. You can grind all you possibly can and not even afford to get 1 copy of each card. Other company, GAEA would give tokens in log in, or arena, or allow purchase in exploit or duel shop. Not DECA, they just want your $. They don’t listen to players, they do not resolve tickets. They do not post arenas on time. Bugs cannot be fixed. Game was so good, DECA is horrible.
