- Selection on the app is limited.

- Doesn't help with fertility tracking.

- Questionable tactics to collect personal information.

- Doesn't let you indicate or log a miscarriage.

- Tidbits section says "this could be a PMS symptom or pregnancy keep entering" which is confusing.

- Asks questions like "what birth order is your mother" and "do you have a PCP".

- Daily emails asking "are you on your period" after a miscarriage.

How to fix Ovia app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ovia app on iPhone
Update Ovia app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ovia iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ovia on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ovia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ovia Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ovia not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ovia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ovia » click [Force Stop]

Update Ovia to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ovia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ovia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ovia.

Fix Ovia unable to contact server/ Ovia internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ovia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ovia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ovia
