1 year agoThey list Textbooks.com as a vendor. In the past there was only an occasional issue with Bonavendi.com not showing offers from them even though they list them as a vendor and I have selected them as a preferred vendor. In the past they have fixed this issue, but it's going on three months now. It's frustrating because Textbooks.com generally gives the best buyback offers. I repeatedly emailed them. No response. The only number available is overseas.

Use the actual buyers site
I spent a ton of time putting DVD’s and video games into their app. When I got to the point of moving the titles to the buyers site, the buyer took none of it, after Bonavendi quoted huge sell prices for me from the buyer.

This app is pure crap
So I tried to sign up so I can sell my DVDs. It asked for my email and nickname but no password? Than the next page after you sign up it asks for the email and password to login? It never asked me for a password and there's no forgot your password. Don't waste your time it's another useless app and the company is likely just as worse.
