I just ordered this evening with their “new and improved” APP. As another reviewer mentioned the wait time stated 40-50 minutes and it took almost 1.5 hour. I went to their app and did an online chat to find out why the delay and status of my order since the track function knocks you off the APP, and I received no response from them. To add insult when the food did arrive it was completely cold! If they wish to keep their expat customers happy it would be nice to have a customer service team that will actually work with you on the issue at hand. I will give them one more try and if still bad service I’ll have to use another delivery service. A true shame!!!

I’ve been using this service since I moved to Beijing. There will normally be problems in this industry, but the way a business responds is what sets them apart. This business has failed each time and every time. Moreover, their apathetic tone when asked to make it right is most insulting of all.
Recently, they forgot my sodas and when I called to inquire, they told me “it will take a really long time to bring you the sodas”. I’ve grown tired of their mediocrity and apathy. They quote wait times of 40 to 50 minutes, but it’s more like 90 to 120. Maybe they have no self respect or incentive to do a job well.

The suggested wait time is a total lie. You wait much longer, my food delivery man came holding my pizza like it’s was books under his arm. It was smashed and ruined; and there was no apology!
When I finally got ahold of customer service, they only offered me a ‘sorry’ and a waive of ¥15 from delivery. I paid ¥143 for a pile of pizza.
Never ever again!
At least Sherpa will do whatever they can to remedy the problem.
