Summary: Home Screen is easier to navigate with the large visual tiles, but app needs further work if your organization uses the incident management function.

Plus: Interface and workflow for launching a notification is improved.

Negative: Categories for incident templates has been removed in ManageBridge , so they just show up alphabetically. The whole point of incidents was to able to organize your templates in categories/folders. While the web interface still keeps everything organized by category, the loss on ManageBridge renders it nearly useless for my communications team.

Verdict: If your organization uses incidents, pass in this download until they fix categories.

It’s very much improved but lacks a critical feature available on the desktop version: the ability to send Followup message to those who have answered according to the Polled question. I want to reply only to those who have said YES to my question - not to the entire group.
This is very important to an emergency service callling back personnel.

ManageBridge continues to disappoint me every time I give it a try. Today I attempted to listen to a game on a local radio station. And after halftime ManageBridge played a constant loop of commercials and NEVER RETURNED PLAYING THE GAME AUDIO!!! This is inexcusable! The crazy thing is, this isn't the first time ManageBridge played too many commercials, ignoring to play the radio stations actual audio. ManageBridge is absolutely terrible and no one should download and/or use it. I only wish I can warn more people to stay away. So that way what happened to me won’t happen to anyone else.

Downloaded this today and sent a few test notifications from our organization. Very easy to use, and it covers all of the scenarios I need day to day. Great to know that I can send and monitor notifications when away from my PC without feeling like I lose any power.

The Manager app is really easy to use and lets me send out notifications fast from anywhere. I can also view my reports and send follow up notifications based on responses - gives me the ability to manage my crisis events from the front lines. Must have for any Everbridger.

I love the new modern look and streamlined design. Sending notifications from the web app is simple, but it is even easier to do so from ManageBridge, this is a must have and not an option!

It's easy to learn and use because it works similarly to the web based interface. Easy to send a notification from your iPhone and you have access to all your templates.

Great app! Makes mass notification so much more convenient. However, it would be nice if there is a “send later” functionality just like on the actual website. And it would also be nice to manage the contacts group details through it.

I use this daily for messaging employees in my company. The ease of use makes it 2 clicks to send out any message. The other app I was using before took atleast 15+ clicks. I love ManageBridge, you love ManageBridge, ManageBridge rocks.

ManageBridge is both functional and easy-to-use so I can send employees critical messages in a pinch...especially when I'm not in front of my computer. A must have!

Very simple to send notifications. Love ManageBridge and everbridge.

Really good app, very functional. Would be nice to add Touch ID as a feature to login so if remote and you need to quickly access the system , but can't remember your password, you can gain access with a fingerprint. Don't see an option to reset my password in ManageBridge and was recently in a situation where this feature would of expedited notifications being sent. Also a password reset option in ManageBridge would be great.

Pl are allow user to enable TouchID.
