I feel deceived by this app. The advertisement clearly said that I would have 7 free trial days with no initial charge, but on the very same day I signed up, $49,99 was taken from my account. I contacted support by email immediately to fix this issue, but 7 days have already passed and I still haven’t received any reply or refund. This is false advertising and a terrible first experience for new users. I want my refund as soon as possible. I also recommend others to be very careful before trusting this app.

Bad translation

The translation of words to Arabic is not professional at all, sometimes the translation indicates a different meaning for some words. For instance, this App translates the word ”awkward to weak ” which is completely wrong. Hence, I don't recommend this App, especially for beginners. It is true that the strategy used here is amazing and powerful. It helps you memorize the meaning and the spelling all at once.
It’s terrible

I was looking for a software to learn English for free, I found this. I downloaded it and looked at the content, found it useless for me, then deleted it.
To my surprise, I received the bill today. To pay for a piece of software I have never used before! It’s too bad!
I would like to recommend a great app for everyone: Quizlet! This is a really free and wonderful software!

I signed up and at the beginning it say try it for free it’s supposed be free but after minute they charged me 32$ and i try to get back because I don’t like the app but I can’t because the button not working so i try to contact with the app support nobody back to me 👎👎👎👎👎
