Apparently there isn’t a way to use BorrowBoxLibrary without your library information. I live in a small town of 6k, therefore my library isn’t in the selection. Deleting BorrowBoxLibrary after this review. I will just continue to use my library’s online service and the subscription service from Scribd. Toodles. Update: Customer Service quickly responded to my question. I didn’t get the answer I wanted, but it was the one I figured I’d get. BorrowBoxLibrary is only for members of libraries affiliated with Borrow Box. It’s a shame... due to this, it is nearly certain small towners won’t have the ‘privilege’ to use BorrowBoxLibrary . I’d give it a 0 if there was one... as it serves no purpose for me... but only a waste of my time.

Borrow box was just updated and the bookmark no longer works. When I close the book and the mark comes down from the top of the screen it is supposed to reopen at that page but it no longer reopens where I last closed it and I have to remember and use the chapter arrows at the bottom and the page numbers to find my last stopping point. This is a critical “fail!”

This is absolutely horrible
Ita almost impossible to actually read a book or listen to an audiobook because its reserved or on loan which makes absolutely no sense because i mean its online so there should be copys
I searched up about 20 books a few hours ago and only 1 of them was free and i just tried to read it but its now saying that i returned the book and now i have to wait until the fourth of October to read it
This is absolutely ridiculous

I love BorrowBoxLibrary but when it connects to the Bluetooth in my car the volume goes down to zero. So the book is playing but I can’t hear it until I turn up volume on ph.

Even with the limited library the AudioBook feature is great.... except when listening to AudioBooks they just stop! Have to go back to BorrowBoxLibrary and press the screen to start again.
Can you please fix this bug?

I wish more Library's would be compatible because I can't even use this but O live in a small town so I can see why. I was really looking forward to using this!!!!!

Despite being in the American App Store this only shows libraries in the U.K. which is useless if you don’t live there.

I have been using BorrowBox for 3 years and have only had problems in the last 3 months. The app has been very slow to open {6 minutes} and slow to open books. I fixed this by running an android memory cleaner regularly. My other complaint iis that it often has one or more books in a series missing which I find very frustrating.

Nice app and used quite often but just discovered I can't use it on the beach as too dark making it impossible to read even with the tablet on full brightness
