So, MackinVIA usually is fine but ever since the newest update it gotten glitchy. First off, when I tried to read a certain book on my iPad it would crash even when I tried downloading it. Also, I forgot I still had it downloaded when I tried reinstalling and now I can’t get into the book due to the fact it is, “on another device.”

I’m a fifth grader and MackinVIA is so good for reading and listening! There is one problem but not a big one,sometimes when you are listening to a book it will stop and it won’t keep going until you get into MackinVIA and press play but it will usually start from a little more behind then you were. Bye!

Everything was ok until a few months later and it started making me log in all the time. Every time I tried to log in it started loading and never really logged in it just kept loading

I’m a 4th grader and I love listening to audio books and I also love to read but one thing I think you can do is add section where I can see what books I have checked out that would be very nice I hope to see that feature soon.

So when ever I use MackinVIA and turn on the audio it freezes ,glitch or bugs out it repeats words like when it reads a title it will say a word multiple time and when ever it starts reading words it skips around and freezes. Overall MackinVIA is ok they can definitely fix it but its very inconvenient

Okay so this is a good reading platform for schools and what not but in some formats it cuts out words and makes no sense. It is kinda like an online private library with glitches.

MackinVIA is OK but it doesn’t have the best BOOKS I will usually only see picture books for younger kids or I’ll see books that are for teens. I don’t know if they updated more books or..... I just thought it would be nice to see more book series or sonething.

This is a great app for reading, but I don't like the look and the controls for flipping from one page to another are not that smooth.
Also, after the latest update MackinVIA crashes whenever I try to access my books. Everything was fine before the update but now i can't read anything.
Needs lots of improvement!

App gets stuck opening about every other time I try to use it. It goes to a white screen and never loads. Only fix is to restart my phone or delete and reload app. Please fix this!!!!!!!

When I am trying to listen to a book it will freeze at the end of a chapter. I have to close MackinVIA , reopen, and find my spot I left off in. Not convenient when driving.

So, first things first the reason people reviewed this so badly is because they haven't signed up for MackinVIA through a school. I am in high school and your school must have signed you up for it in order to use MackinVIA. Once you are signed up properly, MackinVIA is great! You can download the ebooks that the school has purchased for you (download it to MackinVIA not to somewhere else) The only thing that I would like to see changed is the advanced search as it is a little bit too, well, hard to find for example, genres of books but that's the only complaint.
