I've been playing this game for over five years now. I've played the game when it was owned by Phoenix Age then by Kabaam and now by a new company that I don't even have an idea who they are. During that time I've spent money and have gradually improved my account. However, last year during one of their big events based mainly on energy stats, they released a lieutenant Ripper that has completely changed the game and made it completely imbalanced. Now an account that has less than a year playing, but that was able to win a copy of that lieutenant, can completely over power another veteran account like mine, even if he looses. This strategy of this company of just making money disregarding the gameplay has made this game worthless. I tried to contact their support to make this complaint, but it's not user friendly and it's like detective work to try and find out how to contact them. Instead of making it easier for users to reach them, they have made it harder. It seems like they don't even care and they are just trying to milk this cow to the very last drop and make a run while it still has milk. I'm done playing the game and I suggest you don't even start playing it. It's not worth it, it's imbalanced and you won't be able to compete unless you give them hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Game started as a daily thing to do to kill a few mins and do wars. Dailies followed by constant events of any sort and hunts turned from what once was few years ago a few minutes into hours. Try not to hit 5 or 10% on super so people didn’t know you were on cause lord knows you been playing for a long time doing chores. And then you have to do war. And chores is what I call it cause that’s what the game turned. 3 accounts to take care of is just ridiculous amounts of time spent playing this game. Free play is trash and the drop rate is as everyone says trash. And give your players some updates on new content ffs. War log pops up blank or so transparent most times you can’t even see it. Have to open it 3-4 times. And the one that burned me most was the art work from another game. Not the highest grossing game, but enough to have it’s own art work. I’m sure I’ll get the “sorry you’ve had a bad experience” comment from a dev, but sorry doesn’t cut it.

This is a very buggy game and many of the powers simply do not work. No effort is made on fixing the many bugs, some of which are almost as old as the game. Updates at this point are for appearances only or to add an ill conceived concept. The game has become a disjointed mess absolutely ruining the user experience. The developers keep bolting on modules from other games in an effort to keep the few hundred losers still willing to money. If your idea of fun is tapping a button several hundred times for a couple points that will allow you to tap a couple more times, this game is for you! Oh and when your done working your way through the original content they let you go back through it 2 more times. Best part is it will now take twice as long as if it wasn’t boring enough the first round.
