Been playing 2016, 2017. Use to be the greatest game to play, I have even told Frenzoo how great their game was through emails. They have always offered “pay for” packages. No problem, I’ve bought many, they’re very cute- MOST OF THE TIME AT LEAST. I only buy the ones I like I refuse to blow money on every package this game puts out, I’m not one of THOSE people. Well frenzoo has recently made it where they ONLY put out fashion challenges for those who buy the latest packages. There’s ALWAYS, at any given time, 4 non- package required challenges vs 30 packages required challenges. The biggest aspect of this game is winning the challenges against other players. Frenzoo has made that virtually useless to people who won’t buy every single package they put out(there’s usually 3-6 out constantly). On top of that, the packages are now being put out as 3 or 4 different packages. They take one big package and split it into several little packages to get more money from players. It’s so disgusting. I’m sad to give this game up but I’ve had to. I won’t support this rip off company. Maybe there was a change in management of Frenzoo at some point because I can’t believe the (negative) change that has happened in the last year or so.

Had to start entire game over! Got new phone couldn’t load my old game. Wrote the developers 3 times no response! Sank a ton of money into the app! Started game over and now that I’m up to a higher level finally now the challenges are unrealistic! No challenges are loading now once I complete a level. Now I’m down to challenges that I have to enter fashion challenges if I want to advance in the game! 30 fashion challenges come on! And you have to win prizes too In order to complete the challenge and beat my daily sales record numerous times! This game is fun but the developers are horrible! Now this game is becoming one I no longer want to play unless they get a little more realistic when it comes to the players and how much money they need to spend to advance. Plus horrible customer service when you can’t even answer a ticket! DONT PLAY THIS GAME!

If you buy gems you will not level up on vip. Also if you use gems to purchase a item that is in a higher level you will have to purchase the same item again once you reach that level. I am very disappointed in the structure of this game. When I crashed they advance me gems but they charged me anyway. It should have been a courtesy because if the issues continues. buyer beware they will charge your account without going through Apple. I had my bank to stop any payments made to this company. This is not like Covet...so please play with caution. Also if you use your thumb print to make purchases please disable as the desire to purchase makes it easy to fall into the virtual world. They game is fun but the price to pay does not match the quality of the game.
