I have an account on Becker but whenever I log in to play the game it says that I have the Demo account. Please help.
I purchased Becker today and have been trying to log into the game. When logging in it keeps telling me incorrect username or password but I am using the same email and password that I have for my Becker account. Why am I not able to login?
I got the demo, then bought Becker, but when I try to play the game it is still saying I am on the demo and won’t let me log in regularly through using my Becker log in information. Please help

I asked for customer support and they never got back to me. I have sent many emails to different customer support employees and no one has gotten back to me. It’s been 3 months since I’ve had this issue with the app.
