First of all I don’t understand why they can’t print the date of birth on the PCR report
To avoid the issue for traveling, I ensured I provided my passport details to multiple people including the person taking the samples and told everyone that I needed the passport number updated on the report for traveling- to no avail!! Doubly frustrating is their chat which sounds like an automated response - asking for patience while they conveniently switch off the chat if you don’t respond within a couple of minutes- did not expect this from a TATA organization

They called me 4 times today just because I had added a test to the cart. The tests are usually good but this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Will not use Tata1mg again.

Pathetic that they dont have customer care number.. in case you have any questions you just need to keep on typing.. which is pathetic

Been a 1mg care member for a long time, recently they have been very terrible in their treatment of customers with hidden costs that surprises you when receiving delivery. Total failure of management as it used to be.

"Absolutely disappointing service from Tata 1mg. Placed an order for crucial medications for my father's treatment, and all I received was a packet of biscuits! They seem to have mistaken themselves for a grocery store rather than a medical supplier. Even after reporting the issue, they nonchalantly informed me of a 2-day wait before taking any action. A complete lack of urgency and responsibility in handling crucial medical requirements. Would not recommend relying on them for timely and accurate deliveries, especially during urgent medical needs."

Got a message that item has been delivered. I have not received it about 2-3 hours after message! Hence my rating.

Booking a lab test is a nightmare lot of errors and not very user friendly interface. There is no option to add test packages for two family members at the same time, there should be a way to pay collection charges only once if the tests are booked for family members.

App shows blank screen lot of times and takes forever to load sometimes, needs a lot of improvement.

I have been using Tata1mg for 5 months and found it useful in following areas
1. Medical checkups (blood test) was very quick and efficient.
2. Remote consultation was useful too
3. Alternative medicine and details are very useful

However, I still struggle with following aspects

1. It can’t provide you immediate medicine like next door pharmacy
2. In spite of their My Care Plan they charges you for packing.

Overall good app to use if you have time and like to use remote consultation.

Yes, going to buy medicines has become easy with 1mg for me, though I feel they should provide more discount on every medicines. Because this is TATA now and we always feel wherever there is Tata we get best quality in less prices. Thanks Tata, with your name trust comes naturally.

I downloaded it in search of other app , and was surprised by its interface and the diverse functions it provides, i am in love with app, a must have app . Its best feature to me are the substitute for medicines and speed the medicines are delivered in hours .
