When I first downloaded NewarkAdvocate it was good, but after they added the payed subscription a while back, it was very frustrating trying to read about what’s happening in the community. Now it’s gotten to a point where I can only read a quarter of most articles, and some I can’t even read at all, not to mention that the monthly 25 articles you are supposed to get didn’t even refresh this January. I know it’s probably to keep the paper running, but it’s just gotten really annoying. I’d say it’s better to try your luck and search for the story online.
Extremely hard to unsubscribe I thought I unsubscribed but can’t stop the payments
I want to cancel and told the reporter still can’t cancel.
The digital access is preventing me from reading the full article. A call to the service desk has insured I have an account, have been able to change passwords, sign in and out and yet am big able to read full articles. Prompts ask me to purchase an account.
Get NewarkAdvocate fixed.

Yes they limit news unless you pay a subscription fee. Even breaking news and alerts are 24 to 36 delayed never current. Im guessing they still believe that internet still works like print papers very outdated and slow news source
Not user friendly at all. No way to find Account Settings.
Adding 1 or 2 stories and news articles each day hardly constitutes a news paper the same articles have appeared here for weeks or in some cases months at a time I know because I have the print version which I have to read instead of the mobile app all in all very sorry content management
I can’t believe that you guys only have about 2-3 new news items per day, if that. Not to mention the lack of updates per weekend.

NewarkAdvocate is frustrating as it continually asks for you to log in. I log in and have to keep logging in. NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION.
We need more news and photos from Licking County. You can hear national news on TV or the internet.
When I get up in the morning, I pour a cup of coffee and fire up my laptop to read my daily newspaper, The Newark Advocate. It consistently downloads, provides my morning news fix and keeps me up on what's happening locally. I highly recommend NewarkAdvocate for your use.
