Just a terrible app and experience. I couldn't finalize my recognition ad via ReplayIt. It continuously bombed and when I FINALLY got to the payment screen, it would start all over like I never created an ad!!! Talk about screwing around with something that's so important to parents! All I wanted to do was create an ad for my son's graduation.

I the end, I had to bounce back and forth between this garbage app and their garbage web page to get the ad to take and for the payment to work. Thankfully, the ad was saved as a draft and recognized when I logged in to the web app.

If you are the developer for ReplayIt and you’re reading this: Please fire yourself because you don’t deserve this job!

Today is October 14th and ReplayIt is still not fixed!!! ????? What is the issue ????? Don’t you employ any of those millennial computer geniuses that can fix anything? I’m trying to create an app account, as I can’t create a yearbook ad on the website, and all I get is “Request Failed: Internal server error”. How am I to create a yearbook ad if your server is jacked up. ****PLEASE**** get it fixed before all of the yearbook space is filled. Oh wait!! Maybe no one can work on their yearbook ad so when the error is fixed the server will go down secondary to it being overloaded because everyone is trying to get their ad in by the deadline.

Most frustrating experience ever. Had to create the message for my daughter’s yearbook no less than 10 times. Kept kicking me out and I would have to start over. Finally got to the payment page and thought this Satan’s torture had finally ended when I was kicked out again and had to start over. It’s 9:00 am and I need to start drinking to calm down from this experience. For the love of Christ, FIX ReplayIt. I just paid 90 some dollars for ad. Total rip off. So please update the bugs on ReplayIt and save others the sweet piece of hell I just came out of.

Worked well for me and was very straightforward in terms of photo and text editing. The only issue is that the text you’ve written tends to disappear quickly while editing (especially if you go to another app). So I highly recommend writing your message somewhere else and then pasting it in ReplayIt when you’re ready to finalize.

So I have been trying to upload summer pictures for the summer page but it only uploads around 2 photos at a time or none at all. I know they have to be approved when they are uploaded but they are summer pictures fully clothed so I’m just confused about why they aren’t uploading. Please look into this. Thank you

ReplayIt is ridiculous. I cannot get it to allow me to write more than roughly 10 characters for the baby ad! Are you kidding me!??????????? You really expect parents to pay $100 only to be able to write “congrats U do good. me so proud-mom”. (Actually, that may be too many characters.) Thanks for ruining my entire day, and not allowing me to express how proud I am of my child. I guess I’ll just write it in a hallmark card, along with the money I’ll save by not purchasing the ad.

Great app but I was looking at a high school I will be going to later on in the future but I just can’t figure out how to delete it so I stop clicking on it unintentionally it gets in the way but idk how to get rid of it?

Awful, horrible, COMPLETELY USELESS APP!! I’ve been trying to do my son’s senior ad for his yearbook for over a month now. Never gets off the search screen after locating my school and accepting the terms. Have deleted and reinstalled app. This is ridiculous, especially since the mobile website version forces you to use this useless app to create and order the yearbook ad instead of being able to do it on their website via mobile.

ReplayIt is the worst! My son’s yearbook ad is due tomorrow, and what is supposed to be a simple straightforward process is a mess. Can’t even register with a password because every time I have to retype the password to verify in order to register, I get a server error. If you are going to have an app for Mobil ushers then it should work. I don’t have access to the photos I’m using on a computer. So disappointed. I hope our school doesn’t use Jostens again!

ReplayIt says it is for the “parent on the go!” Well that’s a bunch of bull. ReplayIt is designed so poorly I was NOT able to get my child’s senior recognition page completed. It kept reloading and not saving anything I created. And on top of that, it was ridiculous just trying to get into Josten’s page to design the ad. It errored out at least ten times and wouldn’t allow me to log back in. It’s a nightmare product. Don’t bother downloading it!

Unable to get beyond the welcome page?? Thought it was due to my using my iPhone, but will not work on the ipad either. Trying to create an ad for my soon to be physician, and wasting my time now twice with ReplayIt. I like another’s comment, save the $100 and write a nice note on a Hallmark card letting her know how proud we are of her fabulous accomplishment! Not sure why the University chose ReplayIt when the ratings were so poor as far back as October?

I have a new iOS 12 update and so far this is not been working whatsoever I’ve tried logging in I even deleted ReplayIt and then re-downloaded it and it keeps giving me the error message of something went wrong try again I tried now 40 times I’ve kept count trust me… And it still isn’t working so can someone please fix this and send out an update to this problem can be fixed for iOS 12 users

Hey Jostens, please hire with coding skills higher then 1 year of computer science college. ReplayIt is terrible. It has very basic functionality but perform it awfully. You try to upload photos from your library but it doesn’t see all of them. You try to access “My pics”, but it just spinning around and never opens your stream in ReplayIt . Not to mention overall navigation issues and illogic. Very poor execution

ReplayIt is terrible! It doesn’t deserve the 1 star rating I’m giving it.
It took me two days to make a senior yearbook add. I received errors, was told a email was sent to reset a password that I never requested to reset and the email was never sent. ReplayIt boots you for no reason. Don’t let your phone close or walk away for any reason. It doesn’t save your work and
you have to start over. Horrible App!

ReplayIt seems really fun for my school. I’d love to take pictures, but every time I open ReplayIt and try to take a picture, ITS CRASHES! I was really looking forward to it, but please do fix your app. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about the same situation.
