I have a new iphone and I have deleted and re-downloaded the goheels app twice, but I just get the spinning wheel when it tries to open. I cannot get the app to do anything else.

How to fix GoHeels app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoHeels app on iPhone
Update GoHeels app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoHeels iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GoHeels on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoHeels network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GoHeels Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GoHeels not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GoHeels App
1. On android, goto Settings » GoHeels » click [Force Stop]

Update GoHeels to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoHeels App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GoHeels » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GoHeels.

Fix GoHeels unable to contact server/ GoHeels internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GoHeels » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GoHeels » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoHeels
