We are on a Volkswagen and couldn’t get past the vehicle selection feature in the app. When we tried to use search it kept selecting the first vehicle (an Acura) and when you skip search and scroll to the bottom and top on the car it crashes. Also, there’s no way to select custom charge port types, for instance if you have a TeslaTap adapter and can use Tesla destination chargers.
Skipping the vehicle selection, the map worked okay, but it wanted my location all the time which is shady. I only want to give you my location when I’m actively using it. And I couldn’t see status on third party chargers, so not sure it does anything useful that PlugShare doesn’t - and they have a lot of checkins that are useful!

There are no charging stations on the map.
Icons galore but no charging station and no explanation of what the icons mean. I have searched every button on the site to find any charging station other than my own. Nothing shows but a satellite map with no charging stations. In addition the map to plan the trip would not allow me to put the street name with the city. The street name alone is not accurate.

I am a relatively new EV owner, but it didn’t take me long to discover this isn’t as accurate as PlugShare. I work in a medical academic community and I know where the stations are. This app had three mistakes on my medical campus alone, one of them in the parking garage where I’ve parked my car for years...there are no stations. The app also indicates there is a charging station located on a university lot also on our campus, but...no such lot exists.
The app’s alert feature is nice—if I could expand the range beyond 1 mile using the slider. The slider was immovable.
ChargeHub has potential, but I’ll be sticking with the current EV app I’m using.
