I have the latest iPad with updated software yet I can’t access prerecorded lectures from my professor with BlackboardCollaborate installed. How are iOS users suffering this injustice in the year 2018? Apple is an emerging company, with a small percentage of the worlds population owning iOS mobile devices. Surprisingly, the software here doesn’t accommodate iOS mobile devices when it comes to prerecorded class lectures that are crucial to view in order to achieve academic success. I’m left perplexed?

Kudos for updating it finally after four years, even though it was only updated at the risk of being pulled from BlackboardCollaborate Store as the application wasn’t 64 bit.

Its a moot point because BlackboardCollaborate looks like crap. No video, no screen share abilities, and BlackboardCollaborate is still designed visually for old iPhones.

You'll get a higher rating if you fix all of these issues.

I thought BlackboardCollaborate would be able to play recordings but apparently that’s not the case. It'd be really nice if BlackboardCollaborate played recording class connects and I agree that it’s older and NEEDS an update. Overall I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for this just to find out that it's crappy and doesn’t work at all. Although it was a waste of my time, and I don’t appreciate that much.

I tried to login to a class and it just sends me to safari saying “This class does not support mobile users”

What’s the point of BlackboardCollaborate if it’s just going to send you to safari every time and say that mobile users aren’t supported?? Obviously a class connect isn’t going to work in safari, that’s why I downloaded BlackboardCollaborate ..

For an online class, I have to use BlackboardCollaborate a lot. Although I use my phone more, I have to use the computer since BlackboardCollaborate won’t let you see the recordings. Live lectures are also annoying. Audio wasn’t clear, it sounded staticky. BlackboardCollaborate looks old as well. It gives the idea that don’t pay much attention to it.

BlackboardCollaborate is okay and functional, but BlackboardCollaborate is outdated and looks like an application from 2007. The functionality isn’t smooth or intuitive and the interface is not streamlined. Updating the aesthetic aspect of BlackboardCollaborate will definitely be sure to draw more attention and make the mobile application more useful.

You got to be kidding us with all these colleges dealing with blackboard and BlackboardCollaborate for online classes and you can not fix small bugs like we can not even connect the Bluetooth puds which work with all other apps.

Hasn’t had an update in over a year so that just goes to show how little they care about BlackboardCollaborate. I’m home schooling my child and this is the application they chose to run classes off of, but even on iPad Pro, I can’t get it to show me what the teacher has on her screen and no camera function. No tools function that lets you interact with the screen like on a computer. Honestly wish for this to be taken care of so that my child can have a productive learning experience

I use my iPad pro to collaborate for a class and I can't participate in anything. Please make everything available on BlackboardCollaborate version that is on the desktop version. As a student and parent I need the ability to participate in online sessions while at my kids extra curricular events.

BlackboardCollaborate allows you to participate in live sessions which is great, until you realize that you cannot view recorded sessions. A major oversight in my opinion. Completely disregarding the absolute horrible design and UX of BlackboardCollaborate, the inability to view recorded sessions brings BlackboardCollaborate down to two stars.

For some reason it won’t let you watch prerecorded lectures which REALLY gets annoying. I use my iPad as a laptop and so I have to go to my schools library to watch the lectures when my professor prerecords. I have not had any problems with the live lecture though, that has been working great

I like this application for when I can’t be near my laptop. It allows me to be able to attend my class. The downside is I cannot use BlackboardCollaborate while using headphones on my Cellphone. The other thing I wish it could do is see video. Other than that good App.

BlackboardCollaborate is great but I can’t use my headphones I didn’t buy 300 dollar headphones for it to not work on this I think this is a big problem and it should be resolved other than that BlackboardCollaborate is good

BlackboardCollaborate does not allow for me to watch prerecorded lessons. Please fix before January. I need this for school. Thank you for all the effort but this is a big issue; not only for me but for a lot of people as well.

I think it’s Amazing however one thing that I wish is that I can write on the board when the computers can but phones can’t, but other than that I have no complaints
