I am getting a message that my account can't be found for ssladoje22@redacted when I try to login after resetting my password. However, when I try to create a new account for ssladoje22@redacted the app tells me an account already exists. Please advise.

Force Stop the Wisconsin Badgers App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wisconsin Badgers » click [Force Stop]

Update Wisconsin Badgers to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wisconsin Badgers App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wisconsin Badgers » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wisconsin Badgers.

Fix Wisconsin Badgers unable to contact server/ Wisconsin Badgers internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wisconsin Badgers » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wisconsin Badgers » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wisconsin Badgers
