It does what it says it does. If you want to know what 5:00 hrs plus 10:00 hrs is you’ll get 15:00 hrs However if you want to know what time it will be in 5hrs but its 10:00pm (22:00) you’ll either get 10:00 + 5:00 = 15:00 (I assumed 3pm on the 24hr clock) or 22:00 hrs + 5:00 hrs = 27:00 hrs which is 100% not the 24 hour clock. I suppose if you are adding hours with minutes with hours and minutes it will tell you how much total time you have but not what time it would be. Which is fine. Because I dont believe it claims to do that. Just my thoughts.

I really like the simplicity of this and it works well. Glad it doesn’t take up a ton of my phone’s storage. Could use a couple tweaks:
1) put an am/pm button for those unfamiliar with military time. Not a big deal for me, but my wife needs it.
2) add a memory function. This could be only available if you turn it sideways (which currently renders it useless on my phone by putting the answer over the keypad).
I would have given you 4.5 stars because these items really aren’t required, but Apple only lets me choose 4 or 5.

This is the only app I could find that has a simple calculator for adding up time like you would numbers. I would have given it 5 stars but only gave it 4 for two reasons. First, when adding, after putting in the first number and pushing the “plus” key the display reverts to zero rather than showing the number entered. Second, there is no back or clear key for clearing only the number just entered.

HoursMinutesCalculatorLite is perfect for my needs. I use it daily to calculate my overtime at the end of my day, and then at the end of each pay period to reconcile my paycheck with the hours I have written down, and leave hours/minutes I have used. My employer uses military time and when the time crosses over midnight, it becomes 2500, 2600, etc, and it’s just too complicated when I’m exhausted after working long days and into the late night, calculating hours and minutes. I love HoursMinutesCalculatorLite. It’s so easy and does the work for me.

I gave HoursMinutesCalculatorLite a five star rating because I have used HoursMinutesCalculatorLite for years without problems. Generally use it once or twice a week. All of a sudden today it is not working. I deleted HoursMinutesCalculatorLite and re-installed. Still not working. Any advice?

I don't give 5 stars easy. HoursMinutesCalculatorLite was so easy to use. No instruction needed, it's intuitive. Designed the way people work, not making us adjust to it. Almost perfect, the only thing I could wish for is a Memory Feature so I can add totals to a M+ button for a grand total.

Being a flight attendant we work on total hours per month. We are given a total time (hours)per month so we have to pick trips that equal or come close to that time given and I’m remember long form (clock) addition. Phew! So yes this a beautiful time saver.... get it ...time

UI can be updated but HoursMinutesCalculatorLite functions as needed. I use it to calculate work hours as a freelancer. The full version should include a history view because when I get lost in counting, I have to restart. A history view would help.

I keep track of session times every day. Sometimes I might have 12 to 15 different sessions to add up. I used another app but it was harder to use because you had to push the hours or minutes button. This is so easy. Just put in the number and it adds it up. Awesome. I like simple!!

This is the best app for adding up hours and minutes. I have to keep my working hours daily and write them down. Everyday is different. When it comes to turning in my time card I have all the hours and minutes added up in no time.

Very simple, easy to use. Does what it’s expected to do. No, it’s not hard to add time up with my brain or a pencil & paper, but with all the things we have scheduled into our days every minute counts and if I can save a few here and there that’s a bonus! HoursMinutesCalculatorLite is so easy to use and gives me those few minutes back into each day! I love it!

When reviewing a DOT drivers logs that go the minute this is an essential tool for me to add and/or subtract time. DOT drivers have to follow federal regulations when it comes to their time, HoursMinutesCalculatorLite is essential to me instead of doing it in my head and taking longer. I have the confidence that it’s correct and can help our drivers with their logs.

Unlike some of my co workers who are very good solving time in their head I am not. Especially after a long night of work and so many equipment had issues and you have a headache to even think . End of the shift report consist of downtimes of b/o equipment. HoursMinutesCalculatorLite has easily helped me finish the report when them headaches arise or when everything goes bad at the last minute and you have to change the report before it’s due.

I wish it could calculate larger numbers of hours. The largest number of hours that can be input is 99:99. I sometimes want to calculate total work hours in a month or a quarter, which in the hundreds, and HoursMinutesCalculatorLite is not capable of that. I’d love to see an update. Otherwise this is a great app, and it works flawlessly.

Had problem with my work hours and regular phone caculator dont count thre hours over thinkin trying to add subtract so download app and others too by they ask so many question they make it difficult HoursMinutesCalculatorLite went straight to work erase other aps to hard to many question love this one best at of all thanks for helping

Just needs something to calculate my work hours. Very easy and straightforward to use. Just like a calculator but with hours and minutes. I can easily find what time I need to log out for lunch to conform to the onerous California laws. My schedule is flexible so it’s easy to find out what time to log out based on what time I started. I wish this was around 10 years ago. Five stars!

I’m a hazmat hourly truck driver and im adhd after so many hours on duty/driving we’ve got to calculate our hours and this totally helps. Especially after working like I do And having adhd at times I’m wired and my brain is fried at the same time don’t have the patience for adding time.
