Have to refresh each renewal

Love the magazine but it gets more difficult to use. Can’t read newest issues after each renewal. App asks you to
“Restore” purchases. I do that but they don’t restore immediately. Now they don’t at all. Asks for password. Which password? iTunes? Then it asks for Apple password. Still doesn’t restore. Also all issues are locked. I paid for them! Why are they locked?

Hemmings seems to be the only major magazine that does not forward subscriptions, and then to obtain missed back issues they charge almost double the newstand rate. Terrible service, especially for collectors trying to keep each and every copy. Even "People" magazine forwards their copies.
