I’d like to say that the service is so bad that the call center never pick up the phone. And whenever they pickup, they keep me on hold or give a promises to call back but they never did. I’m waiting for a shipment since a month, I understand that the Covid-19 situation made it hard but Today was the day of delivery but they changed the status to - customer not available - while they never contact me. I called the contact center trying to understand what is going on and we agreed to meet with the driver after he called me in 10mins as they said. The driver never called while I was waiting for him for more than 40mins and I had to hit the road because I have 3hrs driving trip and the shipment is urgent. I needed it as soon as possible and because of that situation I had to cancel my trip waiting for them. I’m still waiting for them to call or even answer the phone but nothing

I have shipments that have already arrived, and they advertise this as a solution for covid for them to safely deliver your packages to your home. But, Aramexارامكس doesn’t update when packages arrive. I have texts and the website stating my packages have arrived but days later, Aramexارامكس does not update this information and states it’s still in transit and doesn’t allow me to pay shipping and customs charges. Pretty terrible and not v intuitive to use.

Here we are on the half of 2021 and they still use the excuse of covid-19. My parcels always arrive in aramex’s warehouse on time but they will deliver it to you after 1-2 weeks. Also the tracking always not correct. I have gave it 4 times chance but they didn’t improve so I will delete Aramexارامكس and won’t use them again.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any shipping application ever. Unable to contact the company in order to query the location of my package. Wouldn’t allow me to enter address or phone number (couldn’t get the geotag for the address and number was apparently invalid)
The website was not much better either!

I am very disappointed with service. I recently purchased a brand new Nike sneakers from Nike and they shipped the product with Aramex. But Aramex hold the product in the name of customers clearance. I gave my id proof and the only issue is with my shipping address. The shipping address is not matching with my ID card address cuz now I am staying with my friends. I don’t have an ID card with his address.

Horrible customer experience. If any Logistics companies are listening, thereExist a huge gap in the ShopAndShip industry due to the declining quality of this currently monopolistic company. Aramexارامكس algorithms contradict user input and conflict with Aramex server systems and Ibot user interface. The outcome is a confused customer, wrong delivery, inefficient logistics, and a frustrated customer service. Shipment delivery instructions and address book faulty.

First, they have no customer service. Some packages they allow you to schedule the date. Others they just bring out whenever they want - making it very difficult if you’re away from home for a stretch of days during the time they decide to deliver. When I asked why I couldn’t pick a day that the deliveries would show up, zero response.

One of the most confusing apps I’ve had to use. The shipment tracking detail are never clear. It doesn’t show you exact destination of the package so you’ll always worry about where your package will end up (customers will constantly worry). Updating information on your own account isn’t easy. Aramexارامكس and website are not user friendly at all. Terrible execution of app and website.

By far one of the worst apps,I have an order that is shipped and I still haven’t got it,last time I checked it was shipped and now that I checked again it says there I have 0 active shipment, how come? I haven’t received my order and Aramexارامكس says that there is no active shipment wth is this??? Please whatever is the problem with Aramexارامكس fix it and make it better because Aramexارامكس rn is really bad

i have tried aramex multiple times for delivery. the expected date is never met. and when i reschedule the delivery date they say it takes 5-7 working days which is ok but i have a package that has been in their storage facilities for over a month now and every time i call them to explain my situation the only thing they say is we are going to request a delivery without giving me a specific date and time. its really frustrating.

Two areas in which Aramexارامكس is lacking:
- For an entire 10 days, my shipment was located on an airplane on the Atlantic Ocean. And suddenly one day, I received a message saying that the shipment is with the driver and on its way to my house
- for about 90mins Aramexارامكس proceeded to say that the driver is 2 minutes away, where as in actuality the driver had 6 other shipments to deliver before mine. Seems like the vehicle’s gps tracker is not taking into account the list of deliveries.

Package tracking always shows my parcels in an airplane over the Atlantic Ocean. The entire tracking system seems to be broken, and I usually just have to rely on the individual couriers to call me.
In addition, core customer service functions like complaints and requests aren’t easy to find in Aramexارامكس ; the UI is neither user-friendly nor intuitive.

Aramex sends WhatsApp messages for a customer to schedule a convenient delivery date. It is then completely disregarded even though the shipment is sitting in the warehouse.
The shipment is then delivered at your own convenient date and time, not convenient for the customer. The scheduling on Aramexارامكس or WhatsApp is useless

Every couple of weeks Aramexارامكس requests the password and it is not accepting it though it is saved in the cloud. U need to use laptop to reset in order to be able to use the payment service in Aramexارامكس .

I called them several times on why my order was never delivered and they just left a voicemail saying they have lots of orders and it would take 7 days but it’s been almost 2 weeks

Each update manages to badly impact the user experience.... the latest update; I cannot see anymore my incoming packages by ShopandShip... and ShopandShip app nor website are working. Well done!

They ask you for feedback and have a contact support option for just wasting your time. I’ve asked to be called regarding different issues and no one gave me a call, heck even the driver just drop the packages and leaves without calling and sometimes I get delivery failed notification “for unknown reasons” of course and no contact from support or the driver.

I had a delivery scheduled for today that i was tracking online. Then when the time got late i checked again and to my surprise the delivery was rescheduled because apparently i was not home eventhough i was. I don’t understand if supposedly they were there why didnt they call. You dont reschedule people’s shipments without notifying them or calling. And this is not the first time this happens with aramex they are so unreliable.

Aramexارامكس is crashing whenever I am clicking on Customer Support Button and choosing Category , plus I updated new Primary address for Delivery but it is still showing the old one on the Upcoming shipment.
The delivery people are so rigid that they straight away refuse to deliver any new location and finally I have To collect it from your office , on the other hand I would be reviewing bunch of emails to pay in advance and your delivery services are so pooor.

Honestly, I am quite disappointed on the level of service and customer support. I have a shipment that was received through shop&ship with delivery confirmation. Shipment never forwarded to my final destination address and lost for the past 8 months. Customer support the least I could say is awful. I was given 5 cases numbers and after so many email someone responded with buying time type of answers. Going through complaints of others, so many have the same issue. I stopped renewal for flex service which is really useless and I am avoiding using aramex as a shipping company.

Simply put, the service in every shape and form is horrible. I have been waiting for my order for a whole week now. “The courier tried to call you but no answer”, first of all I did not get a call from anyone. Unless there’s something wrong with my phone (which I highly doubt), their service is utterly unprofessional and unorganized. I ordered something 2 weeks in advance for a VERY important event and it was extremely embarrassing for me to show up without my order just because Aramex is inconsiderate. I understand I’m not the only one they need to deliver to but either say you’re delivering at 6 pm AND DELIVER OR DONT. Worst experience of my life, it’s not the first time I have missed deadlines because of them.

Fix Aramexارامكس to accept AMEX cards. Can’t refresh the shipment from within Aramexارامكس and in order to do that I must close Aramexارامكس and open it again

Each update says providing additional tracking information when they only change the interface without any added tracking details or value, simply deceiving ....

It's great to have an app and have everything at one glance.
What is lacking in Aramexارامكس is the detailed info. If the status is "departed operations facility" one doesn't know in which country it is at the moment and needs to go to web tracking.
Also, old parcels that have been delivered cannot be deleted, FedEx's app can do that.

When trying to pay for the shipment, the amount was in SAR, after entering the Credit Card details for final payment it shows same amount but in USD. Means if it was for example 100 SAR, after entering the details it shows 100 USD.

This update doesnt reaaly update the older version. It actually downloads a new app! That's why aramex app older version kept crashing everytime i used it! Maybe u need to fix this in future releases. However, the new version works great :). An in-app payment facility would be nice btw.

aramex bad service i cant contact via phone only link they are giving but not responding they ship my shipment to other location i call them thy give me link and i raise my complaint but still they are sending me an sms saying to pick up my shipment from other location far from my location ..bad service i hope the merchant will not send via aramex courier .my shipment already 1 month i pay already
