The app won’t open on my iPhone today. I deleted it and reinstalled but still not opening. Don’t know what to do.

To resolve Good Food network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Good Food App
1. On android, goto Settings » Good Food » click [Force Stop]

Clear Good Food App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Good Food » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Good Food.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Good Food » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Good Food » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Good Food
