When I open the app it is stuck on white screen that says “Weigh In Again” at the top. There is no way to close out. I have waited more than 30 minutes, rebooted my phone and tried all I can think of and it still opens up to this blank white screen. Please help.

How to fix DietBet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DietBet app on iPhone
Update DietBet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DietBet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DietBet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DietBet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DietBet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DietBet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DietBet App
1. On android, goto Settings » DietBet » click [Force Stop]

Update DietBet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DietBet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DietBet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DietBet.

Fix DietBet unable to contact server/ DietBet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DietBet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DietBet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DietBet
