Don’t bother

I still see ads even with a paid subscription. Why bother?

Poor app

Keeps prompting for logon when already logged on. Does not seem to recognize subscription

Hard to access

Not real happy not easy to check into

Unresolved issues

My husband & I are subscribers. We haven’t been able to login on our phones for weeks. The password reset link must be broken as a reset doesn’t get sent.
There is no place on PostCrescent to request support.
The subscriber access links just hang indefinitely.
There isn’t a help function. Very frustrating!

Quality and service.

The quality and service of The Post Cressent has slipped greatly in the past year. 3 times in the last 2 weeks deliver has been delayed. Once even to the next day. The quality content has eroded. Local High School sports on Friday isn’t covered untel Sunday. My price has doubled while the product quality slips. I have been a subscriber as a young adult, and always read the paper as long as I could read from young on. I now wish for some competition to your paper. I am vary disappointed and going discontinue my sudscripation. Gary Feller N2421 Vandenbroek Rd Kaukauna

Canceling Subscription!

App does NOT let you cancel subscription! The message said I unsubscribed but now it’s trying to take more money out of my account! I tried on iPad and iPhone 11.

Poor layout and somehow has set my “favorites” without giving a chance to change them.

Post Crescent app ( a gannet paper)

Often limits access to “ subscribers” when I am signed in a a a subscriber. Very frustrating.’ When you are paying.

Meeting my expectations.

Post Crescent

I started delivering the Post Crescent when I was 12 years old in 1969. I started to read it while I delivered them and liked learning about my community and the rest of the world. I now live in northern Wisconsin and still read the Post Crescent whenever I get a chance, whether it’s on paper or online it’s still the only newspaper I enjoy reading.

Review

I look at the highlights and obits. Too many places showing the news I want so I just look you over every morning. Thanks for being a part of my day

App tells me I need to subscribe

When using app, it tells me I need to subscribe....even though I am logged in and a paying customer.

Very nice but allowing input and comment from public misses the mark

Have had PostCrescent on my iPhone for sometime and its gotten progressively better. I read the actual paper too and still like the feel of real. But one significant flaw between the two is the paper asks for your opinion but via the cellphone app, you can't give it!

If you go on the website via a laptop you can dig through the structure and leave your opinion. But using the phone app gives you no way to do the same, Humm. Would that be to besmirch the younger opinion-givers or at least their instant response? Couldn't review PostCrescent from within PostCrescent either. Sent an email with comments with no response. Ouch. Something to work on for the next update.

More local

Please fix this app

For the last week or so, every time I try to use PostCrescent I'm redirected to PostCrescent Store to download it all over again. It's really irritating. Please fix it. Otherwise good app and I appreciate being able to read my home town paper from afar.
