Quality and service.
The quality and service of The Post Cressent has slipped greatly in the past year. 3 times in the last 2 weeks deliver has been delayed. Once even to the next day. The quality content has eroded. Local High School sports on Friday isn’t covered untel Sunday. My price has doubled while the product quality slips. I have been a subscriber as a young adult, and always read the paper as long as I could read from young on. I now wish for some competition to your paper. Unresolved issues
My husband & I are subscribers. We haven’t been able to login on our phones for weeks. The password reset link must be broken as a reset doesn’t get sent. There is no place on the app to request support. The subscriber access links just hang indefinitely. There isn’t a help function. Very frustrating!

Post Crescent Print addition does not work with IOS 13. App loads the 5 seconds later it shuts down
The PC print addition does not work with IOS13. App opens the 5 seconds later the App reboots this is an endless cycle
