Current version is in very bad user experience, really need a fresh new updating included wallet/passport/Apple Watch supported...new feature.

Terrible app and zero services, poker face when check in, only one staff for check in and wait for 23mins with no apologize, drop the card and say next, what r u? Target? No indication to a visitor, how I am suppose to know where the elevator was, and can you pretend to care? The price here is not the final price and there is no option to calculate the final price with tax and services fee. And for room, what this is, build last century? In App there is screen sharing and it was not supported. facility in room was for what? Someone born in 1920? IF YOU WANT GLOBAL MARKET, LEARN MARRIOTT, HYATT, that’s what really called services and REASONABLE price.

It does nothing. Not even seeing your own reservation.

The worst luxury hotel app of the world. Not fit for iOS 9 above and always occurring problems when login to members account. Please spend some money to hire or outsourcing the whole app development team to rebuild a new one.

I would have liked to have used ShangriLaCircle but try as I might, I could not get it to work.

Forgets membership details; claims inputs are wrong when they are correct. Unusable quite frankly

Good app

My first introduction to the orient in a 5 star hotel. This is my 4th year returning to this outstanding hotel. The Horizon Club is an adult wonderland. In the morning having a quiet breakfast with the hotels great selection. In the evening cocktail time is also great to experience after a busy day. Outstanding snacks and of course your favorite libation and the view from the club on the 21st floor overlooking the harbor is an end to a busy day.

Easy to book

The hotel was very nice, large rooms and the entire staff was very professional and accommodating. The afternoon I was scheduled to leave, right before I did my late check out, the airline canceled my flight and was rescheduled for the next evening. The agent at the reservation desk booked me another night in the same room even though the hotel was sold out because a big pharma company was having a business summit. I would very highly recommend this hotel

So complete and so enjoyable to use. Well done.
