I can log into the website fine, but not BrightTALK. I reset my password and can still log into only the web site. If I select join from BrightTALK , it recognizes that the email is already registered.

Today, I downloaded BrightTALK and registered for an account.
Observation 1-if you enter invalid credentials in BrightTALK , BrightTALK crashes instead of informing the user
Observation 2-in BrightTALK , the channel list does not populate and it is not clear how to get access the information
Observation 3-while working in BrightTALK , my iPhone crashed and rebooted

Please add search and the ability to play audio in the background

On all the videos that I want to watch keeps displaying the error message webcast not supported. The video is available online but not on here.

BrightTALK only plays the audio content over headphones in IOS 10+. This makes it useless to me as I need to sit further from the screen than headphone cables reach. Please fix this and it'll be much better

Despite having great content, BrightTALK is almost useless.

BrightTALK requires you to register with your email (something I thought Apple did not allow apps to require). After doing so BrightTALK does nothing more than open their list of webinars in a browser. Instead of loading BrightTALK , just go to their website via Safari because that is all you have after loading BrightTALK .

I love the content from this app, however BrightTALK has serious flaws and has not been updated in more than a year, so there does not appear to be much commitment to improve BrightTALK from the vendor.

No searching for content within BrightTALK , doesn't support landscape mode in many areas, not nearly as convenient as using the website from Safari, so what is the point of BrightTALK other than being able (to laboriously) download content for offline playback?

Add search functions, support full landscape mode so we aren't switching back & forth, support & update BrightTALK regularly, and then it will be useful.

The problems with webinars is not being able to attend at the schedule time. As a UX researcher I love the idea of being able to watch my RSVP webinars and to watch past webinars in a data base in a convenient app. However, this app makes it difficult.

As a webinar app, I would assume, the main function would to be able to Play webinars and search and download webinars. However to find webinars to download its hidden in My Settings, and its a link to the this app website, which is not mobile responsive. In the website there is no clear way to add the video to BrightTALK . After fumbling around I found that you need to subscribe to a channel and not a specific video unless RSVP on the website, which seems to have a long loading time on a mobile device.
Love the idea but the development team should of watched a webinar about mobile best practices.

this app is a great source for info. But without a search tool for the content you are looking for BrightTALK is useless. I wonder why the developers did not think about this.

Browsing brighttalks sight within mobile Safari is cumbersome, and I was unable to add more channels to my list.

Please update BrightTALK to allow channel & topic search and channel subscription natively

Finally a way to listen to webinars when I actually have time - i.e., on the go.

Having a lot of webinars online or offline BrightTALK is very useful for me recommended it for everyone interested for technology, cyber security, mobile security and so on.

I love rich media, and if you love rich media you will love the this app app.
